Another lazy day for me. I went out for a nice stroll today. Since I was disagnosed last year with RA I haven’t been out too much.I get too knackered. Still i’m getting more perky and bought a bag of custard doughnuts as a treat,
I’m piling on the weight right now. 
It’s a blooming pest putting on weight once your older, I’m doing it too but not from what I’m eating, it’s because I’ve been away from the pool for weeks. Also since I lost my precious Dageus I’m not doing the walking, it’s all lack of exercise in my case. 
Yes, Dageus - I’m so sorry. We miss Max… Now we have Dotty, the Springer Spaniel.

Evening, Not had a great day very hot and humid, no sun just cloud, ended up with a headache so lay on the bed with a fan wafting over me, hope tomorrow is better.
Still 24C here in South Yorkshire…
Supposed to be getting hotter at weekend again but then pleasantly cooler next week,
Not good but but a couple years ago it was 40C here. Similar to the Sahara Desert when I was there.
Morning, Boe love your dog., Rox hope your feeling better this morning. Morty not had a doughnut for a while. Went to Edinburgh yesterday to meet up with friends. the weather wasn’t that great but we enjoyed ourselves., Not much planned for today so will see what happens later. .

Hot weather health warnings abound.
I’m surprised, given the lack of rain, that no hose bans have beenimposed. Infact, it’s all very quiet on the water front.
Afternoon it’s really hot up here today…Again, so I’m stuck in the house. Been making meals for the freezer, Sweet n Sour Pork, Stovies, Beef n Onions. Kitchen smells nice and it’s making me feel hungry lol. Dageus used to love when I cooked as he managed to mooch far to many bits n pieces.
Not out to dinner tonight I fancy some of the Sweet n Sour with boiled white rice.
Morning. It wasn’t that warm here yesterday, in fact it was really windy. Caught up with washing and ironing so that’s all up to date. I’ll have to get out later and dead head the roses and some weeding.
Morning, Just as hot here again, got the washing on but it’s too hot to work outside. I like a cooler day with no sun for weeding, even better if the grounds been soaked with rain for a few days.
We’re heading over to Durness shortly, walk on the beach and a mooch around Smoo Cave once again, then something to eat at the village pub.
Morning.It wasn’t really that warm again here yesterday. Managed to get the roses dead headed and some weeding done. Housework this morning and maybe some weeding in the back garden. Got a bag ready for the Charity shop later. Hope you enjoyed your dinner last night.
Evening, Here is so hot and humid again, I was exhausted after yesterdays outing, fell asleep on the way home.
Took it easy today I could feel my heart rate climbing every time I moved…Not Good. Getting ready for bed so damn tired just now.
