Morning, It’s sunny here but a lot cooler, as long as it stays dry and I can get the washing dry then I’ll be happy. I’ve never been to an Osteopath either When I could hardly move during my painfull time in Lockdown Dunc got me an emergency appointment with a Chiropractor who told me I have something pressing on my Sciatic Nerve, he was brilliant and made such a difference to me, I go every 6 weeks now for spine maintaince and I always feel good after I come out of there.
Morning. A lot cooler here but no sunshine yet. With everything getting done at the house, I’ve not had time for a massage. Going into town for some make up as I haven’t had the time this week to manage it.
Evening, Been raining most of the day, got a phone call from the GP this morning about my blood tests and she wants to see me. She says my blood count is very low, it was when I was in hospital as well but I didn’t know that, and they didn’t give me iron tablets. So I have to go in on Tuesday Morning to see her… Sheeezze there’s always something.
Good morning. It rained most of the day here as well Rox and last night. I’m surprised that the Hospital didn’t pick up that your blood count was low, when you were in there. Looks like it is going to be sunshine and showers here this morning, need some shopping but it can wait till later this afternoon.
Morning, Been heavy showers on n off all morning, was headed to the beach with Dageus but ducked into the forest instead to try for a bit of shelter.
Am on the weeding this afternoon inbetween the showers, and out for dinner tonight.

Good morning, we had heavy showers yesterday for the most of the day. Stayed home and caught up on things that needed doing. Looks like the weather will be the same today, have some shopping to get but it can wait till later.
Morning, Oh Boy it’s got really windy the last 48 hours, I hope it blows it’s self out soon. Took The Hairy One for a dander along the beach, it was freezing and the spray coming off the ocean was high n wide. Staying at home the rest of the day, might have a go at a jigsaw and an audio book after I get all the jobs in the house sorted.
Morning, Surprised it’s not raining here. No pool as I have to see the Doctor about my blood test results shortly.
Heading over to Wick afterwards for a change of walk with Dageus and some shopping at the huge Tesco.
Rest of the day is weather related, I would like to do some gardening, but it will probably be raining by then.

Good morning. Rox hope all goes well with the blood tests today. A few heavy showers yesterday, I was out with the salt and hot water for the weeds yesrerday. Still really cold here this morning and I’m visiting my friend who was taken back into Hospital on Friday.
Evening, So far so good with the tests, just waiting on the results for one more, so fingers crossed. Am on iron tablets for the next 3 months and another blood test on 1st August.
Had a quiet day, pool and walk with The Hairy One, got back to the car, got my wee flask of coffee and sat up on the dunes bench to watch the ocean while I drank it. 
Just faffed about round here ever since. 
Good morning. Rox glad to hear that tests were fine, hope the other one will be the same. Had my nieces dad round yesterday and he cut and strimmed the garden. Nieces also came round yesterday and cut the hedges and pruned some of the trees. I was sweeper up and dogs body took them out to dinner as I really appreciated it. Going to get my eyebrows waxed this morning ready fro my holidays.
Morning, my other test came back clear as well, so that’s a big relief. Raining on n off here, think it’s to be like that all day.
Just going to finish breakfast and pop out with the dog.
Meeting my girlfriends for lunch and a catch up today so looking forward to that.
