I love both Farmfoods and Iceland. Unfortunately there aren’t either up in Thurso but I always do a big shop in Perth to take back with me, before I drive back.

Super love freshly made pancakes with maple syrup and and bacon. I like certain things in Farmfoods there is one quite near me I can walk to but Iceland is a bus ride away. Rox forgot to say I haven’t heard anything at all from May.

Morning All, The weather can’t make up it’s mind here. Had to scrape the car before I could go to the pool…sigh. It was trying to rain on the way back home, 
and now the sun’s out. 
It’s to be below freezing over night the next few nights too, I have a few things starting off in the greenhouse so I’ll need to rake out some bubble wrap and get them covered. Sheeeze it’s almost May FHS. 
Nothing planned for today, just some tidying up and hoovering, David is coming to walk Dageus so I’m home for the rest of the day.

Just getting ready to go to .golden Jubilee hospital for my Son’s CT Scan. Stomach is churning, doesn’t matter what age they are still my Weans.
Well done Oor Dorothy. My Son looked her up she finished the marathon in 6 hrs 5 minutes. She must be well into her sixties because I remember her 60th birthday long before COVID. She had just started doing Park runs then. What an achievement for her!

Good morning. Sun is out here but for how long I don’t know. Rox its hard to believe its almost the end of April, its suppose to get warmer next week. Jean hope all goes well for your son this morning with the scan. I remember Dorothy coming through to Glasgow for her 60th, at the Counting House. Not much planned for today so might go out and do a bit in the garden.

Forgot to ask, Did anyone see The Aurora last night? It was pretty wide spread I believe, it must have been as it was right overhead in Perth. I didn’t take any photos as it was tame compared to the ones We get up on the North Coast. It’s meant to be on show again tonight, so happy hunting if your looking out for it.

Good morning. A cold one here at the moment. Had a lovely time yesterday for my birthday, lots of laughs and nice gifts, flowers and money. Going to treat myself to a nice vase and some pyjamas. Being treated to a late lunch at one of my favourite resturants Coast by nieces.

Haven’t had the heating on for five days. Very happy. Otherwise, just can’t understand how come it’s so b…y difficult to buy a new appliance to replace two old ones. It’s frustrating.
Trying to go forward and wishing Sunday will arrive and 
times are going to be over and done for.nill need a year to recover from the year that was. Shitaki mushrooms…
Watching Twilight Saga to relax. 
Adding bits: yesterday spent 45 minutes on the phone making arrangements for situation which wasn’t my fault. The delivery guys had called ahead and cancelled order. By the time I called to make amendment to order, the guy was extremely helpful.
Unfortunately, today the main office called to say that this time around it isn’t possible. At the end of the day, you wonder how these companies stay in business by treating customers that way. Sheesh!
Morning All, Not very nice here at the moment, no pool today so taking an early walk with Dageus as I think the rains not far away. Looks like Spain has nicked our warm weather as well as their own, saw on breakfast news how they are frying over there.
Got the Chiropractor this morning, Not so knotted up since I started back swimming so I may make this the last time I see him, hoping to get back up North soon anyway so if needed I can see my guy up there.
Out for lunch with Regan later, looking forward to that.

Morning all same dismal weather here today . Getting ready to go to watch the grandkids.
Been ironing this morning hate doing it but has to be done. Although I don’t iron nearly as much as I used to. Nor do as much housework, basically I have become much lazier in my old age. Maybe I should look at it positively and say there are more important things to do. Yes I will go with that!

Good evening out early this morning to get my nails done. Then into town to check on the dining chairs, will get a phone call when they’ve arrived. Had a lovely lunch yesterday then a few glasses of wine. Libby took a photo of me and Joseph and he is getting taller, a really boy.

Good evening. Weather was nothing great here today, although it felt a bit warmer. Got flowers last night from Claire and Elizabeth, so had to buy two vases today. Had my hair done and treated myself to a bottle of wine.

Morning, What a filthy day out there, rain is pouring down and it feels cold.
Nothing on today so made a latte and came back to bed with it. 
Dageus is curled up comfy at the bottom of the bed, looks like we will be here for a good while.
Sorry can’t help with the fridge freezer, maybe google it’s reviews and see what they say.
Looks cold and windy out there so will take a chance and hang out some washing. Nothing much planned for today, so will take it easy. Sorry I cant help you either with the fridge freezer.
