Morning, Sun out and melting the frost off the cars, was so cold last night. I have the Chiropractor today, on my own as Regan can’t get here till tomorrow so it’s bite the bullet time. I need to get back to doing things by myself without being the nervous idiot I’ve become since the fall. Shoulders are sore and lower back through lack of swimming, wish the pool was fixed. If it gets too bad I may just go and see if I can manage it.

Good evening. Rox hope you made it to the Chiropractor today and he managed to help you. May I love a ping meal no preparing food, just shove it in the microwave. Turned out a lovely sunny day here a cold wind but I was wrapped up for it.Got a few things I needed from M&S for dinner.
Evening, Yes Jess I made it to the chiropractors ok on my own. Wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Shoulders have eased a good bit, but he says I need to get back to swimming soon as that’s what is needed. Will make the effort once this cold snap is over.

Good morning everybody, frosty last night but its clearing up nicely. Rox well done on getting to the Chiropractor yesterday, its always good to get help with pain. I’d been trying to phone one of my older cousins for a week with no answer finallly managed to get hold of him he had been in Hospital. Really glad I managed to talk to him as I was imaginng everything. Some food shopping then going to visit my friend later.
Morning, Very hard frost here through the night, I was even cold in bed and that’s unusual for me.
Daughter is coming through today so that’s the shopping taken care of, don’t know if she will haul me out for the dog walk or not, it might be slippy underfoot and that makes me nervous. Will be so glad when this cold snap is over, I hate being cold.

Rox please don’t venture outside for a walk if there is the remotest signs of ice on paths/paving,You’d be a nervous wreck…I know I am because I’m getting some problems with My knee replacement which I had done 19yrs ago,was told then it should last between 10/15 yrs 
…if I fell and damaged it now…it would be goodnight Vienna as I know I wouldn’t survive another op’…roll on Spring!

Rox stay home and don’t take chances, same with you May. I’m staying home was out the recycling bin and the wind is really cold out there will visit my friend when this cold spell is over.

Didn’t go out, Regan just took Dageus herself, no argument about it. It’s ok now the streets are dry, but I’m settled in my chair to catch up on some recorded telly.
May, When I fell back in January my leg slid up behind me, way too far and I yanked my replacement knee out of it’s mooring, as well as breaking the tibia bone. Believe it or not, it’s the knee that gave me all the constant pain not the broken bone.
It’s made me very nervous of falling again.
I’m not surprised at that Rox,it was a horrendous thing to happen and I too am very careful about falling…I’ve broken a leg/ankle/wrist/collar bone in My younger days,but didn’t suffer any pain once a cast was on…except for the collar bone,nout They could do anything about that…I’m seriously thinking about an electric scooter if We have a really bad Winter in future,I certainly wouldn’t want to be stuck indoors for weeks on end,had enough of that with the lockdowns!

Good morning everybody, snowed here last night so hope its not icy out there. Rox and May I don’t blame the two of you being careful out there.Hairdresser’s later to get my colour done then see what else I’ll get up to.
Morning All, No snow here yet but it’s due over the W/E. Woke up with a dose of the cold and been feeling yuck as I’ve coughed and sneezed my way through the morning. On my 3rd set of tissues and it’s only 10am.
Again not going anywhere, too cold.

Good evening everybody. Rox that’s all you need at the moment to catch the cold, take care and take it easy. Most of the snow here has disappeared thank goodness, had my hair done then did some food shopping in M&S. I just want to have enough in case the weather turns bad again.

Morning, Wall to wall blue sky and sun again this morning, Very cold though as the cars over the road are thick with frost.
David is coming around 11am to take Dageus out for his walk, and if the frosts gone I may drive us across to the Kinoull Forest, and while they hoof around there I’m going to the Rangers Station, and will have a seat in the sun waiting for them. That will be everyone exercised including the car.

Afternoon Each,it’s been a chilly but dry one here so just gave the back grass its first cut on the highest notch,will put it down a couple of notches next time,…most exercise I’ve done for yonks so a well deserved cuppa & a Tunnocks caramel log…or 2 
Haven’t seen Bonnie around for a wee while hope She’s ok.
She never said anything about going off anywhere, maybe she’s having computer problems.
Afternoon a chilly one here as well May. Spoke to Jean last week and she didn’t have any plans on going away, maybe as you say Rox computer problems. Biscuit tin was empty so I went into Farmfoods for some.
Daughter is coming tomorrow and we are going to Asda for my shopping and a rake around George. Really wish there was an Asda up in Thurso…Sigh.
