Good afternoon Each,it’s been raining here too but no frosty/icy pavements thank goodness,so took a walk to the Co-op,for leeks/carrots/lemons/garlic to make Cockaleekie soup which is simmering on the stove,got some crusty bread to dook and I’ll have that for dinner later with strawb’s & cream for afters,

Evening All, It’s been another crap day weather wise,
Turns out it was the water pump on my car and I should be getting it back tomorrow, the snow turned to a sleet and rain mix so fingers crossed it stays like that and the snow melts through the night. Only good thing to come out of this weather is that I now have a gleaming house lol.
As soon as the roads clear I’m starting back at the pool, really looking forward to it.

If it’s a quick thaw you’ll be able to sdwim down to the pool in all the slush.

Yes I gutted one room a day, then I gutted the stables and polished the brass and leather on the Clydes tack.

Well I get bored too but I resist the duster and hoover with an iron will. You should be pampering and indulging yourself. There’s no other way to spend your time wisely.

Nope, I used to be Morti, now I am just busy organising people to do what I used to be able to do myself.
Since the beginning of Autumn, even sitting up in my hospital bed has been a problem most of the time.
Both in the weeks actually in hospital and when home living on my hospital bed in the lounge.
Life is what you make it, it can still be fun and rewarding.
Two of my 3 carers have SENDS children, very little support from the system, just written off as benefit cases.
A little bit of time and effort, a reward system and off they go, they start to believe in themselves
Our system is wrong, we just write kids off, too lazy to spend time with them.
