Good morning. Rox hope all goes well and you can get to the beach on Thursday. Going to visit my friends today and take their presents and cards. Then some food shopping and then home.
Fingers crossed and ā¦ anything that comes in pairs is crossed too.
Itāll be great for you to get back doing the things that you love and have missed out on.
I almost got trampled in the shops yesterday ā¦ one couple were dragging two trolleys heaped with food. God knows what they spent.
Morning, Well itās good News, I passed the blood tests they were something to do with white blood cells and everything seems to be clear now. Iāve still to rest up a lot and let the body heal at itās own pace and not go and overdo things, he wants to see me just after New Year and then I should be able to start the pool again but slow pace no racing up n down the lanesā¦me? as if.
It was a bit nervy up on Bonnieās back again but we had a walk round the field and a wee canter down the lane, went well and she seemed to be happy at being saddled up again even if it was only for a short time, soooo Weather permitting weāre on for the beach run, meeting up with the others at 10.30am.

Morning. Morty I donāt understand why people have buy so much food for one day. Up here its the same thing for New Years Day. Exchanged presents yesterday with my friends. Hairdressers later today and then a look round the shops.

You sound just like me, I will do it sooner than they say.
A great attitude, however they are not idiots, well most of them arenāt, so please donāt be as stupid as me and go ballistic and end up back in hospital at Christmas.
Play it cool, do as much as you can without injuring yourself and then be too exhausted to do any washing up or housework.

Morning, 3rd day itās hardly got light, this is really getting to me now. Lights are on from dawn to dusk. Very quiet Christmas only out out for a couple of hours Christmas Morning. I will be so glad when itās past New Year and it all returns to normal.

I am mostly stuck inside, I had an OT who suggested a SAD Light.
It has really helped me, no need to get a very expensive rip off one.

My daughter lent me hers, but it didnāt do anything for me, nor her. Just have to make myself go for a walk every day. But itās so hard on my own, I miss walking with Dageus so much.
Morning All, Itās another dark day, itās 9.10am and this is what the inside of our house looks like if we turn off the lights. It will be like this all day again, itās just horrible. 
Iām so sick of it. 
Morning. Had a lovely time at my nieces. Didnāt do much yesterday except go for a walk, going out later for some food shopping and maybe take a look at the sales.
Good Morning Each,a grey cloudy one here but just back from a walk to the Chemist for drops for My painful dry eyes,enjoyed the walk but not the stinging from the dropsā¦jeeze!..Iām going to keep the CH off for a couple of days as I think that may be the cause,
