Why am I so sensitive to the Cold?

May, I have borderline type 2 diabetes, it can and does sometimes slip over the line and I have to diet like mad (very strict) to get it back to normal. I also seem to have developed poor circulation over the last few years, don’t know where that came from. That’s why I took it so bad when the temperature in the pool was dropped to save on the heating bills.
Morning, Not too bad a morning weather wise, much better now that freezing wind has gone. Been to the pool, been to Tesco, walked the Hairy One, and now enjoying a latte. Stuck in this afternoon waiting for a parcel to come, more knitting after a tidy up.
This was a bit of a shocker when I looked at the headlines. Noooo
Good afternoon, painters are here so I was out early. My niece came round and we went to Dobbies for breakfast then we had look round there. Got my tree so after the carpet is laid, I can get my tree up. Really cold out there today so the heating has been turned up a little bit.
Evening All, The snow has started here and I’m sitting at the fire watching it swirl past the big windows. Dunc came in a short time ago cussing the weather big time, he started Winter Ploughing today and didn’t get an awful lot done.
Just been working around here today, apart from swimming and walking in the forest with The Hairy One.

Happy birthday Scot. Good morning everybody. Thank goodness I’m not going away for Christmas. Another frosty one here this morning, painters coming back again today. Libby and I are off to Edinburgh this afternoon, she is driving so we wont be that long on the road… Be back on Friday.

Just back from Alnwick last night had a great time, went for my tree this morning. Need to let it fall overnight then decorate it tomorrow.

Thanks caveman for the photo. Jean glad you enjoyed Alnwick. Went to Edinburgh with Libby she booked a Christmas Carol for last night, really good show. We had snow there yesterday, so just went round the shops and got a few presents, then went for dinner.
Afternoon All, Very snowy here with yellow warnings about white out conditions, sat and had my coffee at a snowy Thurso Beach this morning, after my swim. I enjoy my ten minutes of ocean watching in the morning. Luckily the beach front is only 2 minutes from the pool car park.
