I was thinking just how different My Life is now to how it was when I first retired almost 20 yrs ago when there just wasnât enough hours in the dayâŠGallivanting all over the place with My sisâs & Friends,going holidays abroad,looking after the Grnd/Kids,dating occasionally,always something happening and needing to be doneâŠnowâŠjeeze.!.

Really cold wind out there, glad to get home. Know what you mean May, somone suggested something and off we went, Happy days. Changed my address at the bank and got a change of address form. Ordered some plastic boxes to finish packing.
Evening All, Had another slow day. Went for my swim, walked the dog and spent the rest of the day faffing about doing what was needed. What a fun life I lead.
Good morning, looks like its going to be dry here today thank goodness, spoke to soon. Better get dressed as I donât know what time the boxes will be delivered. Then more packing and maybe get out for some lunch.
Morning Ladies, Sunâs out here as well and accompanied by a c,c, cold wind. Swimming stuff on the ropes to hopefully dry and Iâm now away to the beach with The Hairy One. Out for lunch with my girlfriends today so better shift my tail. Enjoy your day.
Good morning all just getting ready to go to do my Granny duties. Got a blast from the past this morning. A friend havenât heard from in ages phoned. May and Jess do you remember Sheena from sagazone ? Well she phoned and we had a good blether and said we would keep in touch.

Jean yes I remember Sheena. Washed towels but donât want to take a chance and hang them out. Still waiting for the boxes to be delivered, phoned the shop and was told theyâll be here soon. Will have to get more bubble wrap for packing.

I recall the Name Bonnie but I met so many People in sagazoneâŠwas She one of the Girls who used to like to visit the Casinos?..It all seems so long ago now and Iâm sure I wouldnât recognise anyone if I met Them in the street or They Me either. 
Oh I think I remember Sheena now,did She live in Baillieston?
Yes May you got her one of the casino girls. She still is although she is 82 nearly 83 now!
You are right if we had a reunion we probably wouldnât know each other lol! Yup from Baillieston still lives there.

Morning All, Itâs dry here but blowing up a hooley. Took my carry out coffee to the front to drink and watch the ocean, waves are starting to crash over and come high tide it will be a no go area.
No beach walk for The Hairy One today, will head into the forest and get a wee bit shelter.
Had a good catch up at lunch with the girls yesterday then a mooch round Wickâs shops. Nothing planned for this afternoon unless Dunc wants help with anything.

Afternoon all. Just going for the buses to go up to do my Granny duties.
Was down in the dumps this morning for some reason and then got a message from my Granddaughter Sophie at 8.30. She has got an old phone from her Mum and fair thinks she is great! Fair bucked me up lots of rainbows and hearts etc. she is 6 going on 16!
Quite nice weather here today makes all the difference not getting soaked on my journey.
I like Wilco May there is one in Hamilton where Woolworths used to be. Miss old Woolies. Remember the Christmas ads the Wonder
of Woolworths.

Aye We had a Woolworths on the Main St where We bought all our records,make up, & gallons of hair laquer for Our bouffant hairdosâŠNext door was Graftons for clothes,and across the road Kerrs shoe shop for stilleto heelsâŠWe were all sorted for the dancing/parties within an hour of shoppingâŠthem were the days 
Good evening. Quite windy in Renfrew and here today. I used to love Woolworths as well great shops and cheap into the bargain. May I remember Bob and his avatar of a clock. Happy days travelling up and down Scotland. Jean that was a nice wee cheer up this morning getting a text from Sophie. Rox hope you enjoyed your day, not been out for lunch with friends for ages. Meeting up with LIbby tomorrow to go for carpets and sofas and paint, Iâll get her at Braehead in the morning.
