Over 50's Club Scotland (Part 1)

Good afternoon ladies.Sun is out here at the moment. Been out and did in the back garden and emptied a few pots that are now in the garage. Off to the co op now for bread and see if they have any rolls left.

Hi everyone, it’s sunny and cold here, I’m wondering whether to cut the grass , or just tidy some pots…

Good morning ladies, another sunny one here. Going to have a lazy day apart from going to get some milk and that’s about it.

gorgeous day again ,cutting the grass i’ve strimmed the edges and some of the long clumps of grass in the middle, stopped for lunch, then finish it off…
I’ll be done out after that.

Afternoon Lassies, and what a gorgeous warm one it is…didn’t get the grass cut yesterday as both Neighbours on either side were cutting Theirs, and 3 lawnmowers going at the same time is 2 too many :-p but got the front/back/sides cut this morn and the garden bin is full to the brim…feet up in the sun with a cuppa now…making the most of it as I see it’s to get wintry again next week :-(,

Enjoy Your day all whatever You’re doing.x

Afternoon ladies! Its a glorious day outside. I spent a couple of hours at the allotment digging and planting, and it was so lovely to hear the birds and feel the sun - I didn’t want to come home! Going to be this ā€œthundersnowā€ tomorrow and minus temps. Swings and roundabouts, eh?

Good afternoon ladies went to the shops for milk and paper. You wouldn’t think people were staying home they are all down here today. Sat outside with a puzzle book for a while. Off to Morrisons shortly for a few things and a sympathy card, one of my neighbours died yesterday.

Morning, Filthy weather here and lambing is in full swing, spending most of my time out in the pens helping himself the now. Just popped on to say Happy Easter.

Hi Roxy, I was wondering how things were with you. Happy Easter to you all as well, if you celebrate it. I cannot believe that dog is the only one to have chocolate in the house today! How did that even happen??

Happy easter all…wow what a difference from yeaterday, cold and dreich…

HAPPY EASTER LADIES. Big change in the weather today from yesterday, a really cold wind. Supposed to be the same tomorrow.

Eeekkkkk it’s snowing like mad out, along with a strong wind, it’s flipping freezing. Just checked the weather app for tomorrow and it’s more of the same.

Wrap up well and get your little lambs wrapped up too!

Good Morning People,a fine dry sunny cold one here, perfect for a short yomp earlier with frozen knees so no pain

Enjoy Your day all and Roxy don’t overdo it Kiddo…chicken curry cooking away on the stove so looking forward to lunch, :-p

Morning All, As it’s such a cold horrible day I’m away to get the dog up on the table and get his hair cut…again. It seems to grow so quickly, and with the Groomers still closed if I don’t keep it shorter than usual I have a problem. Before and after pics will follow. lol. Have a good day.

Hello everyone! Glorious morning here - I have had to move all the plants from the windowsill as the sun is streaming through so strongly. I hope it stays this way. (Although come the actual summer, I will be complaining its too warm!) Have a lovely day

Good morning everybody. Roxy good luck with cutting the dogs coat. Sunny but it looks like a cold wind out there. Off later to the hairdressers for a shampoo and blowdry. Really looking forward to it as I’m fed up doing my own hair.

Well here we are the before n after pics. Not a great job, but I’m not a groomer lol. He’s feeling a lot better though, he’s louping around like a wee spring lamb.

Aww adorable! He does look a bit worried though, heh! I must have a go at mine - she needs hand stripped, which I’m rubbish at, frankly…but I have a ā€œFurminatorā€ which is useful.

Yes I used to have a ā€œFurminatorā€ but it wasn’t all that good on Old English Sheepies coats. Don’t know what happened to it, knowing me I’ll have given it away. The Hairy One doesn’t like being up on the table at all, he only just fits it, I’ll be going over wee bits of him for the next few days as I see wee bits I missed, but I have a small battery clipper for his face that I use outside when I’m sat on the kitchen bench under the window. I will have to take the scissors to the end of his tail tomorrow, it looks too straggled and needs squared off.
