Good afternoon ladies. Rain finally stopped here so I went to the shops for a few things. May I haven’t read a book for ages, I usually go to one of the charity shops for them.
I prefer my audio books these days, back when I was first on my own again 22 years ago now, a pal asked me to help her take a load of stuff to the Charity Shop after her mum passed. There were several audio books in the stuff all detective ones and I love those, I asked her if I could listen to them and she said yes. I tucked myself and the dogs up in bed with the wee cassette player and got stuck into them, it was great and now I listen to them on the computer while I do my jigsaws. I do have a lot of them in DVD and Cassette form and when I’m on my own in Perth I revert to listening in bed.

Great drying wind today so got the bedding on the ropes and the towels in the machine. Quick tidy up before lunch and then hopefully a couple of hours with my jigsaw and audio book. Listening to Simon Brett’s “Feathering Mysteries” just now, got all 18 of them.
Good afternoon ladies. Cold wind here today. Been to the shops and did a bit of housework. Just having some lunch then go out for a walk.

Afternoon everyone! Its turned into a lovely day now here. Been busy helping a friend move, so catching up on posts. Need to water my plants as well, they are so neglected!
Cold wind here earlier when I was out, but it seemed a bit warmer later when I was out for another walk. Bought some tulips to brighten up the kitchen bright yellow.
Morning Strong winds and rain today…sheeze I want to wear my cut offs, vest tops, and sandals, not jeans, jumpers and boots. 
Cooking for the freezer today, got the mince and veg cooling on the bunker and waiting on the tatties to finish so I can mash them and spread them over the mince. Got beef, onions, lots of onions and button mushrooms in the slow cooker, they get served over white boiled rice.
Oh well have a nice day, hope your having better weather than yours truly. 
Hello Ladies - gosh time flies by today…half twelve already! Been out with the dog twice and tidied up a bit. Roxy, your cooking is making me hungry!
Its dry here but cloudy and a bit stuffy. Tomorrow and Friday are supposed to be sunny (here’s hoping) so I can deal with cloud today I suppose. Have a lovely day 
Good morning ladies. Don’t know what happened yesterday time wise. Sun is out but it looks like a cold wind out there. Washing on and a bit of housework. Going to the butchers later in Wemyss Bay.
Good morning Jessie and All to come,it’s freezing cold here and just 5c at the moment,just had My grocery delivery so not going anywhere…Also ordered a load of plants online to be delivered over the coming weeks,they’ll all go into pots as My digging days are over…I think :-p

Morning everyone! Its turned baltic out there, for sure! I’m in pottering mode and keeping on the move rather than sitting on my bahookie with coffee all day!
Good afternoon ladies. Its warm when the sun is out but a freezing cold wind. May I’ve sent my niece a text for a Tesco order. Also got some macaroni and cheese from the butchers. Pixie I’m sat with my feet up, recycling bin is out so I can relax.
Good for you, Jess…I’m still trying to hit my 10,000 steps today…not going well :shock: too cold, and there is only so much bouncing around with the duster one can do! 
Though the sun is shining , it’s bitter, we’ve supposed to have snow at the weekend,

Although I did see that night-time temps are hitting minus figures again. Well…if it stays dry and sunny, we can always wrap up against the cold
Sunny here Friday and Saturday, then Sunday all change again.

Pixie I’m hoping the same thing. I’ve got plenty of food in, and my Tesco order with a delivery of a bottle of wine.
Good morning Each,it was a bitterly cold frosty one here when I was out earlier into Town to get a Birthday card and odds n ends,and My tulips & daff’s are looking very sad.:-(…may get the grass cut if it warms up later…Have a good weekend All and stay safe
