It looks like you’ve all gone away for the weekend. Some heavy showers here today and some sunshine.
Hello everyone 
The first day of my coach trip has been lovely … after faffing about picking up other passengers from here, there and everywhere we headed off to Skipton and arrived at 12 noon.
The weather was mixed between glorious sunshine and showers but overall a good day. At 1 pm we were booked on a canal boat trip for an hour … lovely scenery and a great recorded commentary full of information and interspersed with a lot of comedy … wish I could have bought a cd of it as it was hilarious Northern humour recorded by a comedian who is well known in the North West of England.
The hotel is really nice … a bit posh really :shock: … and my room is lovely.
The itinerary for tomorrow is out and about visiting a number of lovely places all surrounded by wonderful scenery

Weather here looking like it will be fine . A definite nip in the air though .
Don’t know what I will get up to today but no doubt I will be busy at something .

Daughter & SIL arrived early on their way back from buying paint etc’ to start dec’ Their Living room/hall…brought black pudding/tattie scones so We had bacon/eggs/sausages/black pudding/tattie scones for B/fast…yummie…a longer stint on the treadmill after that little lot,:shock:

Good morning everybody. Myrtle lucky you staying in a posh hotel. Must admit the one I was in last weekend was pretty basic. Abby your husband is probably getting the same weather as us. May not had a breakfast like that for ages. Sun is shining here housework all done and I’m going into town shortly.
Evenin’ All,I’ve developed a bit of a cold and been coughing and sneezing all day,…no wonder I suppose as I’ve been soaked through a few times the last couple of days when out shopping…so an early night with paracetamol and hot lemon drinks…Lucky Myrtle will be having Her three course posh dinner about this time no doubt…I’m just jealous :-p…See Ya All Tomorrow,x

ladies !!! The hotel is posh by my standards … which are not very high
Jess which hotel did you stay at in Torquay … I stayed at The Torbay across the road from the harbour.
It was thick fog when we left the hotel at 9.30 this morning but within half an hour the sun broke through and it was clear skies and it has been like that all day
It’s been another day of gorgeous scenery … visiting lovely places … Grassington … Aysgarth … and Hawes …

Myrtle we stayed at the Burlington which was a good minute walk from the Harbour. Abby I haven’t put my nose out the door yet. May please do a cook up for me please. Sunny here this morning so I’ll be going out for a walk later.

Afternoon Folks,and what a beautiful sunny one it’s turned out to be,have all the bedding out on the line,and had a big bowl of chicken soup with lots of garlic for My lunch…that’ll soon get rid of the bugs…and Anyone else within breathing distance,heh heh :-p
