Over 50's Club Scotland (Part 1)

Jess, I imagine there will be queues up and down the country to get these things done, heh! I’m just getting a haircut - or shaved, depending on how terrible a job he thinks I have done:090:

I’m not in any hurry to go to the hairdresser. My hair is long and the only bit that needs cut is my fringe. I cut the main lot of my hair once a year only, get it tidied up and the ends cut to the same length, usually about 2ins comes off.
I do sometimes get my hair dyed, half dark and half silver, at the moment it’s all white blonde and I’m quite comfortable with it.

Good morning ladies. Pixie I’m going to phone the lady that does my waxing and see if she can fit me in on the 26th. Roxy my hair looks like rats tails if I don’t get it cut. Also I still have quite a lot of dark hair underneath the roots. Going to get the bus to Saltcoats for a change and go to Aldi or Sainsburys.

Afternoon All, Not such a bad day here, good for working outside as the wind has gone, suns out but a lot of cloud too. Dog Walking and shopping all done and lunch out of the way, just deciding what to turn my hand to now.
Jess this is my hair now, it’s (now) natural Colour. When I get it dyed then the pic at the hairdressers is how it looks then. A mix of dark n light:-D

Roxy your hair looks great. Mine is just hanging limp. Sunny and warm here today, did a bit in the garden and some housework. Now getting out for a walk along the prom.

We have a prom of sorts too but it’s nothing like the size of yours. We call it “The Front”

Roxy that looks like a nice town you live in. Our prom is about three miles long, if I feel tired I have a seat before I start walking again.

Roxy, I love your hair! Never had long hair in my life - the only time I grew (tried to grow it out) I ended up looking like Diedre Barlow! Its so thick and poke straight it hangs there shapeless. Anyway, I gave myself another buzzcut round the sides today, left it longer on top a bit.

Jess - did you get to Saltcoats? I do like it…Mr P isn’t keen, but I like the wee shops there. Mind you. most of them will be shut right now. I can’t wait until I can jump on a train again.

Well now I have a problem, I was changing the dressing on my toe and the whole thing came away in the dressing, the skin is smooth and flat under where the growth was.

Jess we don’t live in the Town itself, we live a few miles along the coast. I am there a lot though as the Supermarket is there and the swimming pool. I like the beach there so I go with the dog sometimes.
You can walk the length of ours in 15 minutes, plenty of seats there as well, and big deep caves in the cliffs.

Oooh! I wouldn’t say that was a problem…I would hazard a guess it has resolved itself. maybe a wee call to the doctors in the morning…I don’t know if these things grow again?

EDIT:: This happened with a wart…obviously not the same thing, but still…

Yes I will have to call tomorrow morning. I hope your right and it’s fixed itself, that would be wonderful but I’m worried there may be a root or something deeper inside the toe and the damn thing may re-grow again if I don’t get the Surgery to remove it. I have no idea how these things go.

Morning, Gotten cold and dark here, think we may be in for rain. Heading away into Town shortly for my Chiropractor Appointment and a few bits n bobs from the shop. Then I’ll have to phone the Doctor about my stupid foot and see if I can pop over and see him or her.

Morning ladies. Roxy you would be better getting your toe checked out in case there is something there. Pixie I never got to Saltcoats yesterday I did a bit in the back garden. I wouldhave to get the bus there as the trains aren’t running at the moment due a landslide. The trains are supposed to be running at the moment. Sun coming out so back into the garden again for a wee while.

Good Morning People,a fine sunny one here again and feeling a bit more optimistic about Life these past few days

I’ve been scunnered oot o’ My skin for the past year having to do as I’m told like a good wee Wummin…Ye can’t do this and Ye can’t do that…time to break out and cry ‘freedom at last’ :-p

I don’t know whether to congratulate or commiserate with You about Yer toe Rox…but whatever happens,Ye’ll just have tae
‘toe the line’ from now on :-p

Hi to all and hope You are having a good day

Hello May, nice to see you back again. Good news on the horizon about our freedoms, eh? Its been a tough old year!

Well had a good chat with the GP and she says it’d all healed up, very strange, but my surgery has been cancelled and if it starts to come up again I’ve to get in touch right away. Fingers crossed it won’t.
Sun came through and I had a couple of hours sitting out in it, felt lovely.

Great news Roxy! What a relief that must be  Yes the sun has been lovely today, hasn’t it. I’ve been in and out pottering around too. Fair cheers you up!

Hi May good to see you back with us. Yes freedom is on its way at last. Roxy good news about your toe, just hope it doesn’t come back again. Pixie caught the bus to Wemyss Bay today to the butchers. Lovely sunny day here as well had a walk after dinner for ice cream.

Morning girls, it’s a lovely morning here, very misty about 7 am, but it’s cleared and the sun’s out, off to tesco soon for a couple of things, got my housework done yesterday, so will be relaxing today, might get into the garden…
