Good morning ladies. Sun is out here again today. Some housework and a bit of shopping later. Then get out for a walk.
Morning, Been working out in the greenhouse and garden the last couple of hours, it was lovely in the sun but itās clouding over a bit now. Hope it gets better again after lunch. Meet my wee Flowerpot men.
Roxy love the flower pot men. I sat outside for a while doing crosswords. Came in as it was getting a bit chilly.
Roxy, I adore your flowerpot men! They are very cute! Yes it was a beautiful day today and I spent it outside. My legs are killing me, now so Iām resting with a well deserved glass of wine.
Jess - was the beach busy today?
Pixie it wasnāt to bad here today. If the weather is good tomorrow theyāll all be coming down here for the day.
Oh heavens. Not that I wish it to rain at all, butā¦I hope its not quite as warm then. I wish people would just hang fire until its safer.

What a carry on in Europe with the Vaccine and now some of their Countries are facing a third wave of the virus, I hope they close their boarders we donāt want any of the people coming here and maybe starting things off again. Sheeezze what a thought.

Not bad here this morning. Been raking about on Thurso Beach with the dog, especially in the big cave in the cliffs. I get lots of nice smooth flat stones in there for painting, brought several home with me. 
I love Line of Duty and will be recording it then Iāll watch several episodes at once in my own time.

Morning All, Back to dull, grey and flipping COLD again. Iām heading off to get my eyes tested, I know I need different glasses for driving as my sight has changed a wee bit. Hate getting tested as I always get stuff puffed into my eyes and drops that make yellow stuff run down my faceā¦yuck.

Good morning ladies. Good luck with the eye tests this morning. I had one about August and never been anywhere to use them. Off to M&S in Port Glasgow this morning. I know I shouldnāt but Tescoās and Morrisons food doesnāt really appeal to me.
Pfft! All this Self Care is soooooo expensive! Ā£160 for two pairs of prescription reading glasses! My eyesight has become shocking over the last two years, so I thought Iād better ditch the poundy shop ones and go for āgrown upā specs!
Pixie I have as many pairs lying around the house. Quite a few of them are old but they do read cooking instructions. It was nice to get to Port Glasgow for a wee change.
Hi Jess! Oh Iām glad you managed to get a wee change of scenery. It does fair cheer you up doesnāt it? I went to Morrisons after my eye test, and saw they had a little sale on their clothes. I didnāt buy anything, but it just felt so normal to flick through the rails and see what they had. Simple things, eh?! 
Pixie it was good to get out somewhere else for a change. I got some M&S pasta fruit and two strawberry tarts and macaroons. Didnāt look at the clothes as the store is quite small, to be honest I donāt need any clothes at the moment.
