May, You never fail to make me laugh, and boy was I needing to. Thanks.
Had a letter from the hospital today and I go in on the 26th to get a wee op on my foot to remove a growth, mixed feelings, relief at the thought of it being removed and fear of hospitals and ops. Sheeezze what a woose.
Is that you with Nicola, Roxy? Also…the growth on your foot - its not the one you bashed is it? Please try not to worry too much - hospitals are super super clean, and everyone does the whole sanitising every 2 mins on everything
Sorry to hear that Kiddo, but better to have it out and be free of pain…You’re certainly not a woose as Everyone is afraid of going into Hosp’ for an Op’,I know I am.
I’m not actually in pain from it but it bleeds a lot, and when it bleeds it forgets to stop. Had the NHS 24 nurse here the other night and it was almost 1am before she left, nothing was stopping the blood till she went and got a liquid to brush on it and it froze it. My GP put a rocket under the Surgeon and now I’m going in at the end of the month. Just hope the black n blues are away by then.
This is what happens when it bleeds.
Morning, Dull and cloudy again this morning, Heading for a shower then the dogs walk, then Tesco. That should take care of the morning. The afternoon well I’ll just take it as it comes. Have a nice day all the weatherman said you ones further south were in for a nice one…
Good morning Roxy, and all…Chilly one today. Highest is 5 degrees round my way this pm, so another day for the house and pottering I think. If only there was such a job as “pottering” I would be a millionaire by now!
Good morning everybody. Same weather here this morning. No need for shopping today as I have enough to keep me going. Niece and her daughter are coming down later for a visit.
Good Morning All You happy People ;-)…I was up late last night so not long awake and still in My PJs,not goin’ out as it’s a stinker of a morn’,dull cold & grey…Catch Ye a’ later,xx
Good afternoon Each, still waiting for the sun to make an appearance, but in the meantime the heating’s blasting away big time,
A more positive note from the FM here…
The Scottish Government may be able to accelerate the relaxation of rules on meeting outdoors, Nicola Sturgeon has said.
She praised progress on driving down the spread of the virus across Scotland and on vaccinations, as she announced 498 cases in the past 24 hours – the lowest daily total since September 27.
The Scottish Government’s updated plan for moving out of lockdown states a plan to allow four people from two households is unlikely to begin before March 15.
The same date is given for the resumption for non-contact, outdoor group sports for 12-17 year olds.
It is really important we stick with it for now, hold our nerve, keep suppressing cases while vaccination does its job.
Looking forward to a gathering of the Clans in My or Their gardens on the first Fine day in April
May, I’ve just been reading about this on the News Site. It’s giving April 26th as the date for shops to reopen, Including swimming pools. Best news for ages.

Good Morning Lassies (where are some nice Scots Laddies)
Another dull cold one here but ok for a short walk, popped into the co-op for a couple of rolls for breakfast on the way back…no cooking today just defrosting some lentil soup/bolognese sauce for lunch/dinner,so a lazy day catching up with writing in My Memoirs…Have a good day all,x
Morning (just) Ladies, The wind has dropped and it’s lovely in the sun. I met a lady from the village today and we sat at one of the tables above the beach while the dogs had a good old romp to themselves. Soon be time for me to take my wee Thermos with coffee for after our walks, I love sitting on these seats and watching the beach. Sunrises/sets are wonderful from here. Catching up on the washing now and have all the windows and doors open to air the place out a bit… Enjoy your day.
