Good afternoon ladies. Wet and miserable here today. Filled in the form for my passport at the hairdressers and she signed to say that she knew. Got to the post office I went over the line signing my name. So now have another form to fill in and take back to my hairdresser. Roxy I had a roll and sausage this morning for breakfast. May it was strange hearing a Glasgow accent at the Embassy.
Morning, Whoo Hoo the sun’s out and the wind’s dropped. Just as well as we’re off to the Reef this afternoon to watch the Surfing Competition. Got a few wee things to do here first then off after lunch, hope them waves are big and rolling. Got my camera on charge anyhow…

Morning, just back from a wet and mucky walk in the woods. Thought I’d go there as I was hoping to get a bit of shelter from the rain. Heading to the Health Suite this afternoon, need some me time relaxing between the Jacuzzi, Sauna and Steam Room. No swim today as the pools full of kids at the W/E, not a hope in hell of doing lengths when they are in…Sigh.

…in the meantime I’ve cleaned the house to within an inch of its life…have to get out Tomorrow before the walls close in on Me :-p
Not so good May, I always have a good stock of medicine in the house, especially in the Winter months. What’s ACV?
I take 1 Glucosamine Sulphate tablet a day for my joints, 1500mg quite a heafty dose. I’ve also given all my dogs the same once they reach old age and I see them slowing. They are the best thing around I think. I get a bottle of 180 tablets for £12.99 and that lasts me six months, only three once the dog needs them too.

My GP thought was a sebaceous cyst removed and stitched…well…it’s turned out to be much more serious than first thought and I have to go back on wed’ to have a consultation with the plastic surgeon,then decide when an op’ can be done…not good news 
ACV is apple cider vinegar and it’s the only thing which
has helped My arthritis,tried all the pills/creams/lotions & potions over the years,so I’m sticking with it…it’s still piddling down here.
Ohhhhhh Blimey May, what a scare. Fingers crossed here for you. I would say try not to worry but you will. At least Wednesday is not too long to wait. :shock:

Afternoon All, Suns been out all morning and the freezing wind’s away…Yeah… Went to the woods with the dog this morning and ended up meeting lots of people we’d not seen for ages, had a lovely couple of hours catching up while the Hairy One was busy renewing friendships.
