Morning, No swim today got a hair appointment for 9am and need to do a quick walk with the dog before I leave. Weather is dry but cold, hope the car isn’t frosted over. Good luck at the hospital today May, will be thinking about you.

No prob’s at the Hosp’ yesterday as all was explained in detail and the procedure will probably be done on the 28th of this Month under general anaesthetic at the day surgery, which means someone will have to be there with Me to drive Me home…jeeze!..I was hoping not to have to tell the Clan
until it was all done & dusted 
…The last thing I need is My eldest Daughter flying up from Kent,She’s a bit o’ a control freak (gets it from Her late Father) :-p…so will tell youngest Daughter to say nothing 'til it’s over and I know the outcome.

Good evening ladies. Went into Glasgow today and had a look round the shops. Was hoping to start some shopping, but couldn’t see anything will try again next week.
Morning, A day of rain for us here but at least I don’t have to scrape a load of ice off the car, so that’s good.

Morning, Rain again here, getting more than a bit fed up with it now. Everywhere is turning to mud and I hate mud. After walking the dog it’s back to the house, lunch and catch up with the chores.

I know what you mean about Magnums love them lol. I had also decided to lose a bit weight if possible before Christmas, but I find it really hard to cope with the hunger pangs. :shock: Any coping ideas, cos when they get too bad that’s when I’ll have toast or something. 
As for the bunch of propagandists who reside here, it’s hard to keep ones mouth shut. If it’s bad just now wait until Indy Ref 2.
LoL,I know what You mean about losing weight especially in winter…I try and cut down on carb’s and increase veg’/fruit…today, instead of making My usual cottage pie,I’ll mash turnips/carrots/broccoli as a topping instead of potatoes…still warm,filling & healthier with a good helping of green beans…and nae biscuits or magnums…:-p…also try not to snack in the evenings,drink lots of water green/fruit teas instead…You’ll be too busy running back & forth to the loo easier said than done I know…
Good evening ladies. Weather wasn’t to nice here this morning, cleared up this afternoon in Glasgow, even a bit of sunshine. Will have to eat more fruit and veg myself. Having broccoli and potatoes with gammon steak for dinner.
That’s making my mouth water Jess, we sometimes have gammon steak n pineapple on a Sunday instead of a roast.
