Over 50's Club Scotland (Part 1)

Oh I do beg Your pardon Nephroin,I’ve just corrected it

Please can i join your club? Your members seem much nicer, plus i have family living in Wick.

Hi EZ,nice to see You…the more the merrier as I’m sure We’ll all agree…I do love a good craic with nice easy going sensible Folks

All is gladly forgiven. Worry not. It’s not exactly a name that everyone knows.

Question, as we Northumbrians once owned a big chunk of Scotland does that make you lapsed Geordies or me a Scotsman. We had my surname both sides of the border, and we Northumbrians have our own tartan

Here i am (honest)

Oh I say Nom…wharra Hunk, cute knees too,heh heh…and by the way…We want Berwick Upon Tweed back where it belongs…In Sconny Botland :-p

Ooo heck ! Here we go. I always wondered how the Third World War would start.

We met you half way, Bewick play their football in Scotland. and in return we got Scotch eggs.

Nom Kultral attashey twixt Scotland and the Southerners.

Right i will behave now off to get supplies for the footy this afternoon.

Thank you for allowing me over the border. I promise I will never drink your Whisky Wells dry. So many times over the last twenty years I have driven up to Wick and never stopped to say hi. The good old A9 will stay burned into my consciousness forever.

I must admit EZ I’ve never been to Wick, but there are so many places in Scotland I’ve not visited,I just hope I haven’t left it too late as I tend not to travel too far from Home these days.

Oh Nom love your kilt and your legs. EZ never been to Wick either but I have visited a few places in Scotland.

An are ive always wanted to explore is Strathpeffer , but i love the isles, so Uist, Fair isle, are on my to visit list.

I’ve been to Strathpeffer

Portpatricks is on my to do list

Good Morning Each,I’ve been awake since daft o’clock this Morn and I even have the tv on watching Glorious gardens, there was a Man eating flowers earlier on:surprised:…Think I’ll stick to bacon & eggs later :-p

Good morning

I’m having a lazy day today …

Good morning everybody. A quick tidy and out for a walk later if the rain clears away.

I’m having a lazy day too Myrtle, fell asleep a wee while ago,and woke up in a rotten mood cos I can’t get out and about until the pain/swelling on this damned knee subsides…I’m not a happy bunny

Poor May … I’m sorry your knee is playing up … do you try something like frozen peas on it ?

Afternoon all. I can’t pass comment on Strathpeffer as I’ve not been, but I can recommend Portpatrick. A pleasant little harbour to stroll around. Not too much development has gone on to spoil the old fishing port ambience really. Worth a visit.

On the swollen knee sketch… if you have one in the freezer, one of those wrap around wine cooler thingies. Gel filled plastic “bandage” with Velcro fastening. Stays colder longer and easier to secure in place. Just my 2d’s worth !

I hope it gets better soon.
