Over 50's Club Scotland (Part 1)

Hi All and how nice to see the Scottish Forum up and running again…fab’

Welcome too to Nephroin, always good to see a new Member from Scotland as there are just a handfull of Us left here now,

Hi Myrtle,I haven’t been around for quite a wee while but wish I’d known You were coming to My Home Town, would have loved to have met You for a coffee/lunch…maybe next time

Hello May and lovely to hear from you

Hope you are keeping well … as I said before I always enjoyed reading this thread and I hope it stays up and running

Aye,I’m as fit as a flea Myrtle…hope You are too

Been busy redecorating etc’ and getting out and about in My Community…I like to unplug from My VM Hub every now and again and get back to basics…,laptop shoved into a drawer until I’m ready to see what You’re all up to on OFF again,…though I think this is the longest I’ve been away from it…typing’s a bit iffy.

Hi May its been a long time since I seen you chatting on here, good to see you posting again.

Good Morning Each and thanks Jessie…must admit to not being as enthusiastic as I was once…Think I may have outgrown the Forum or it’s outgrown Me…not the same happy welcoming place it was when I joined a couple of years ago I feel…‘twould be nice if more Members posted on this Thread though,I’ve always enjoyed a good bit o’ banter …Hope You and Yours are well.

Morning all you foreigners up North, from the Geordie down the road. May have a nice slurp of your national product and have a lovely day.

And a very good Mornin’ to You too Nom ;-)…I wish I liked the golden nectar too,but can’t stand the taste or smell of it.

Good morning

Dont worry May, im keeping several distillery`s in business on my own.

Good morning everybody. May I don’t think anything ever stays the same especially with forums, everyone seems to have gone their separate ways. Hairdressers for me then into town to meet one of my nieces for coffee.

Oh good…We need Yer business so sup up and enjoy

Aye You’re right,I just miss the fun and laughter We used to have on OFF.

Good evening everybody. Met up with my niece for coffee and then ome food shopping before I caught the train home.

Me too !!! Since the terrible experience I suffered on here in January I really haven’t been as happy on here and avoid certain people and threads like the plague !!! That’s why I enjoy reading the Wales thread and I’m glad this one has restarted … the WUM’s, Trolls and nasties don’t seem to bother with them and they are nice threads

I’ve had a lovely day :-). Got the train to Manchester … half an hour away … to meet my cousin whom I’ve not seen for about three years … lovely weather … walk around Media City … lunch … coffee … and lots of chat.

Good morning to all you Scottish peeps, nice and sunny just over the border today.

Found this lovely spot on a trip to Mull.

Great picture Nom. Thanks. Looks like a great place just to sit and switch the brain into neutral ! I’m sorry not to have contributed to this thread for a couple of weeks, but have been internetless - an unpleasant condition, now cured.

Cheers Nephorin, had a long weekend on Mull hoping to see White-tailed sea eagles. Hate it when im without the net.

Good Morning Each, slept for 10 hrs so feeling full of beans but knee & back still a bit painful so no gallivanting for Me Today :frowning:

Great view Nom perfect to sit and contemplate,…nice to see You back Nephroin look forward to Your patter

See You later Jess,…Myrtle sorry to hear of Your rotten experience…but…happy days are here again

Good morning everybody. Myrtle sorry to hear of your bad experience on here. I used to post on another thread but gave up on it and stick to the Welsh thread and now this one.

Thanks Nom & May. Yes, you doesn’t realise how much you have come to rely on the electronic mangle - until you don’t have it. Paying bills, online banking to name just a couple. I even had to dust the cobwebs off the old Basildon Bond and scratch away with the trusty fountain pen a couple of times !!! Gasp ! Quite rewarding in a funny sort of way. Don’t get me going on the price of stamps these days though !!! Fume. Fume… By the way folks - it’s “Nephroin”, but I guess anything is better than “hey you!” :-) Squeak later.
