I noticed yesterday on My way Home from Town a few houses have what looks like voile panels shaped like a crucifix on the outside of some front doorsā¦whatās that all about,anyone know?

Iāve had a look on the netā for new Christmas decsāā¦but havenāt come across any like thatā¦Iāll stick to the wreath on My front door,candlebridges in the windows,and small tree in the hall.
Problem solved about the door decāā¦Daughter says theyāre ādoor bowsā sold on ebay for Ā£25ā¦I canāt for the Life of Me think what a large coloured 7ft bow on a door has to do with Christmasā¦just call Me old fashioned

Well My Christmas Day plans have changed again as My eldest G/D has flown to Italy to spend it with Her Fiances Family,and Her Brother is staying up in Dundeeā¦so My Son,Daughter,SIL are coming to Me for Breakfast and Son is staying here for dinnerā¦so much for My plans of ordering an indian take-away for Myself,instead iāll be cooking most of the dayā¦full Scottish B/F then turkey & all the trimmingsā¦no rest for the wicked

Thatās me back in Perth for a while, donāt know how longā¦Drove down over night. My Mother was taken to hospital yesterday. She was having trouble breathing and in some pain. I was sent for as they think this could well be the end, Sheās very old she was 101 last August and she looks awful, so weak and frail lying there. sheās not sure of who anyone is, even me. Home to get some sleep if I canā¦
Iām so sorry to hear about Your Mum Roxyā¦Sheās lived to a grand old age and You are very lucky to have Her for so longā¦Sheāll most likely slip away peacefully in Her sleep (((((((((((hugs)))))))))) xx
Good afternoon everybody. May sorry to hear your plans have changed for Christmas Day. Roxy its always sad to see our parents so frail. Got my shopping that I left in the shop last night, also did my little bit of shopping for today. Going out now for a walk and a wee look round the sales that are on.

Good Morning Folks,I awoke to a white-outā¦itās been snowing during the night and is lying deep and crisp and even,but itās also rather foggyā¦glad Iām not going anywhere just having a feet-up day watching the box and a few new DVDsā¦keep warm everyone,xx
Morning All, No change in my mum, still in hospital and still giving everyone a hard time. Sheās going to be furious with me when/if she gets back home. 
Sheās a hoarder and never chucks anything outā¦just incase. 
Anyway Iām not going to miss out on a chance like this, Iāve been down at her place for a couple of hours each day and Iām doing a total blitz on it. :twisted: Loaded up the car this morning for a trip to the dump, and have four old broken bits of furniture to take this afternoon. Am meeting my son at 4pm and heās going to help me with it. Now that Iāve found the carpets under all the mess, Iām going to start cleaning those tomorrow, then a polish and she has a nice clean tidy home. 
And Iāll be knackeredā¦But worth itā¦:twisted:
Afternoon Each,snow still lying thick here and itās very very coldā¦so itās exercise bike and treadmill for Me after the excessesā¦though I was really good and gave My boxes of chocās to Daughter/Son so the only naughty stuff I ate was prifiterolls & cream for aftersā¦Turkey curry & brown rice for dinner today.
Your Mums a wee fighter Roxy so I hope She doesnāt box Your ears if She gets Home from hospital
