Today for lunch was quick and whatever I could grab because I had to take my son to his driving class. But dinner tonight is sauteed pineapple and onions in pita bread with ham and Swiss cheese and a bowl of Italian wedding soup.
Iâve got to get back into weight loss mode, so tomorrowâs lunch is a veggie burger on a 100 calorie sandwich thin with onions and one ear of corn on the cob. If Iâm to guess, tomorrowâs lunch is probably a total of about 330 calories.
quick catch upâbeen really busy latelyâlast week I lost 3 pounds and this week I lost 3 and a half pounds just 1 pound short of 1 and a half stone.

Susie, Iâm one of those weirdos who loves pineapple on pizza. So I also love it with other savory things, like baked pork chops, baked ham (gammon), stuffed into pita sandwiches with ham or turkey and onions and tomato or avocado, etc.
I know it sounds odd, but itâs really yummy!

Today I am making Shepherdâs Pie with Vegetables.
I love it too. Iâll take a nice big roast of it and put it in my roaster, then score it, then pour a can of pineapple over it, juice and all (sometimes I use chunk pineapple, sometimes sliced, depends on what Iâve got hanging around) then rub it down with brown sugar before sticking it in the oven.
I could eat a huge portion of this right now
By the way, do any of you have a good recipe for Scotch Eggs? Iâve always wanted to try those. I know theyâre probably horrible for you, but just once before I die, Iâve got to make those things and over here in the states, you just canât find them anywhere because theyâre not a typical American food.
Would love to try them.

Just back from 6 days away and as you can imagine nothing was off limits. Fish and chips, ice cream, etc I put a few pounds back on but not beating myself up about it as not going away again now until October.
