Yes Linda, I was right a big German Sausage, but Liver in America, never had it.
We had just had:
Fresh Salmon Steak marinated in Garlic & Ginger, Bombay potatoes, Cauliflower Cheese & Brussel Sprouts.
Itās really good, I love the stuff. If youāve ever had liver pate, itās very similar to that.
Your meal sounds yummy! I havenāt been eating much lately. Been kind of down. Problems with heart palpitations and crazy irregular heartbeat. This stupid menopause is really messing with me.
My cardiologist wants me to wear an event monitor for 30 days to capture all of my episodes with the irregular heartbeat. Itās worse at night and there are some nights I canāt sleep and just lay there and bawl my eyes out because Iām so tired of this. But theyāre upping my beta blocker I take to a higher dose and, again, I wear the monitor for a whole bloominā month. Ugh.

unbelievableāI put on another 2 pound this weekāhalf the time i have not been feeling wellātrying to eat as healthy as I couldācrackerbreasds, cottage cheese and fruit-----so I just cannot understandāover the last 8 weeks, overall I have lost just 4 and a half poundsāthe 2 weeks before thast I lost 9 pounds !!! If it was not for that, i would weigh more now than when I startedāand i have been trying so hard.I really do not know which way to go. !!!
Mariana, with all due respect, you baffle me at times. Even though you put on 2 pounds, youāre still down (according to my calculations from your post) 11 and a half pounds. Isnāt that better than being UP 11 and a half pounds?

Today we had Beef Pie and Oven Chips.
Today I had toast and strawberry jam. All I was in the mood for. Iāll probably eat more for dinner. Iāve been busy today, taking stuff to the storage facility and teaching my son how to drive and now Iām in the middle of doing my Sunday dinner prep (crockpot beef stew) so I really donāt feel like stopping to sit down and eat a proper lunch. That and Iām not super hungry. Iāve been depressed over these stupid heart palpitations and last night they were really bad. And when Iām depressed, I canāt eat.
Oh dearāthat sounds tough Lindaābut hopefully if they can sort things out for you , it will be worth it. xx
