I had the Chinese today for lunch and for some reason it just didn’t sit well. It wasn’t as good as it usually is, I think the place was rushed because it was so busy. I ate half of it (almost half) then threw the rest away.

Today we are having Lambs Liver, Mash & Peas.

I got weighed in today–lost another 3 pounds–despite going to a celebrity lunch on wednesday and having a guest over easter for 5 days,

All ok here–just busy–bought myself a fitbit, i love it now i am getting used to it. I am doing a challenge this weekend with a friend to see who does the most steps–it will not be me–but that does not really matter too much
at least im getting out more–so are the dogs–lol lol

Well, see, it’s all good then. I’m sure the dogs are enjoying getting out as well :slight_smile:

I have no idea what I’m going to eat today. I haven’t thought about it yet, I just got up a little while ago and I can’t eat when I first get out of bed. I have to be up for a couple of hours before I can even think about food.

I am, however, making some crab cakes today. Bought a pound of claw crabmeat, so I’m going to make the cakes, fry them up, then let them cool down and freeze them to save for quick meals.

Today we are having:

Homemade Lasagna and Salad.

I had a Roast dinner today with Chicken Breast.

We are having Pork Chops with lots of vegetables and gravy. No roast potatoes though or Yorkshire puddings but you cannot have everything.

I thought I was having a good week–I went to my friend on Wednesday and took my own lunch–went to a quiz on Saturday, and despite my table being full of wine,loads of cheeses, dips, quiche, falafels, chicken satay, biscuits , crisps, chocolate cakes, box of Thorntons chocolates—all just for the interval, believe it or not—but I stuck to my home made crab pate and celery sticks–but I think I did too much exercise and walking-becuase the next day I could hardly move---- then Sunday night about 10.00 at night, I was trying to get my dog Harry in–when I fell in the garden–I was really frightened–though I might be there all night–or longer–maybe till Wednesday would be the first time I would be missed–I was getting quite hysterical–but eventually managed to crawl to the garage–then I could get myself up—but somehow it must have upset my body, as next morning I had put on 2 and a half pounds overnight !!! I knew i had not eaten anything that I should not have, so it is a mystery. However I will be officially weighed tonight, so I shall see what happens then.

Well done Shirley–3 pounds is a great result–I know how pleased i was to lose 3 pounds last week.

Mariana I hope you are alright. We do push ourselves don’t we. With the exercise you are doing have you built up muscle because this can weigh heavier, so I have heard. Please don’t be disheartened by it.

I think all the walking we did the week before last helped me, I worked it out on my phone that we had walked approx. 9 miles per day whilst we were away. That is some walking, mind you there was not a lot else to do.

We are in Stratford for two days tomorrow so another lot of walking before we go to Spain in a weeks time. That will be soooo much walking.

Today we are having:

One beefburger with a poached egg on top with homemade oven chips.

I think I’ll make me some liver & onions with mushrooms for lunch today. That and a blend of broccoli and cauliflower. I need to eat something healthy for once, I’ve been eating a lot of rubbish for the last 2 weeks. That and I think my body needs the iron the Vit A from the liver.

Today we are going for healthy.

Fresh piece of Cod with boiled potatoes, cauliflower cheese and fine beans.

I will be doing myself a chicken stir fry, been looking forward to this all day.

Everyone’s food sounds yummy. I’ll be out and about today, so I’ll probably stop at get lunch somewhere. A little place not far from here has a new turkey club sandwich I’ve been wanting to try, so I might go for that.

Tonight for supper I’m thinking of crab cakes.

Well–I managed to lose 2 and a half pounds last week–despite going out for a friends birthday meal on Friday, and having my boyfriend stay with me another 5 days
but I just gave him the same as me–just added extra pasta, chips, or roasties–so that made things easier
so that makes 12 and a half pounds off since I returned to slimming world–thats 6 weeks ago I think
 i am happy with that.
