Lunchtime had an unhealthy Beef in Pastry with Oven Chips.
So supper tonight was a very small salad.
Yeah, ate pizza over the weekend and not so healthy with Sunday dinner, yet I was down on the scale this morning.
No complaints here. Of course, though, I donât eat that way consistently. And eating that way consistently is what piles on the pounds.
Today its back to being healthy again.
Smoked Haddock, boiled potatoes, broccoli, carrots.

I really donât know what Iâm eating today. The only plans Iâve made are my plans of running around Iâm doing later this morning. I need to take some boxes over to the storage unit. Then Iâm going to hit the range for a while and do a little bit of shooting. Then Iâm going to stop at the market and pick up a few things before heading back home. Finally have a normal week of working. I normally work Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. But lately weâve been so busy Iâm working pretty much every day. But this week I get my usual days off. So far, anyway.
I am, however, going to eat breakfast for once today and the reason Iâm doing that is so Iâm not starving while Iâm out running around. Having a bowl of steel cut oats with red quinoa. The quinoa is already in the oats, itâs really good.
Sounds good to me Linda, I didnât have the potatoes with my lunch today, not feeling very hungry today for some reason.
For lunch when I got home, I just ate some leftover stuff. Tonight, however, Iâm having a pita sandwich with grilled chicken, sauteed peppers and onions and fresh mozzarella cheese.
Small fry-up for me today.
Today for lunch Iâm taking leftover baked beans from last night (made my boys bacon cheeseburgers and baked beans for supper) and one of my 45 calorie turkey hot dogs. With loads of onions.
I was feeling very optimistic for my weigh in last night-I knew id done everything rightâand i had been drinking a lot more [water] plus walking a lot moreâI tried some clothes that were too tightânow they are too bigâI also bought some new tops last weekâbut have to change them tomorrow as I need a smaller sizeâonly to find I had stayed the same !!! It is crazyâthe first 2 weeks I lost 9 poundâsince then only another 3 and a half poundsâthe plus side is im feeling betterâclothes fir better, everyone tells me I look betterâso I have to settle for that for another weekâŠ
Itâs normal for the weight loss to drop a good amount initially, then slow down. Like when I was at my heaviest and I started restricting calories, the first 30 pounds came off fast. But then I weighed 220 (nearly 16 stone). And I was much younger. Most of the weight was gained during my pregnancy. Then after about 30 pounds, it started to come off more slowly.

Tuna salad and grapes and baby carrots for me today. For lunch, that is.
Roast dinner today with Chicken Breasts.
Today for lunch Iâm having a roasted vegetable and quinoa burger (kind of like a Quorn thing, only the brand name is Boca) without the bread. No reason, really, I just donât need the bun and itâs a favorite thing of mine I used to do, Iâd cook the veggie burger, then put sliced onion on top and a slice of tomato, maybe some avocado if I have it hanging around, then drizzle it with a little ketchup. Sounds weird, but itâs basically a meatless âhamburgerâ without the bread.
With it Iâm having roasted sweet potatoes.
I have a guest again for 5 days this weekâso still not sure how things will goâi am doing my best this weekâtoday i had cereal, melon and lf fromage fraisâlunch timeâryvita crackerbread with a gomnemade crab and mackeral pate with tomatoesâtonight im having chicken cooked in slowcooker with mixed veg and a little rice.
I am a bit flummoxed as i go in cafe nero once a week, while in out shopping, and my friend and i always have a light lunchâso I though id pick the healthiest sounding item on the menuâegg sandwich, and an americano coffeeâmy treat of the week,as I eat no other bread in the whole weekâbut I was told its wrong as it contains 18 synsâand im only allowed 15 a dayâso i checked out on the websiteâand egg mayo sandwich is 18 synsâbut plain egg, which i have is still 16 synsâI just do not get get it --i find i can get a mozzarrella, cheddar and tomato on toast for 11 synsâso it is making no sense to me right now.
Hmmm⊠well, with a sandwich you have two pieces of bread. Egg and mayo will be higher in cals than plain egg, of course, but you still have 2 pieces of bread even with the plain egg. However, with the 2 cheeses and tomato on toast, Iâm assuming thatâs just one piece of bread, correct? So that will cut back quite a bit on the calorie count, despite the cheese. As long as the thing isnât loaded with 10 pounds of cheese, of course, lol.

Meanwhile, im not very optimistic about tonights weigh inâi stayed on planâbut my boyfriend was with me again for 5 daysâjust did not get out as much as i should haveâand way too much tvâŠ
