@OldGreyFox Hi Bob  that is such good news to hear you and Mrs Fox are improving , eat well, rest and don’t over do it.

My great nephew (11) has C19 now, he was only back at school 2 days and caught it. He should be fine I just hope his mother who is asthmatic doesn’t catch it.

Such good news Foxy, so pleased to see you’ve both turned a corner and are starting to take an interest in life again. That must mean such a lot to you. Keep on keeping on - but gently! Don’t overdo it.

So glad to hear that you and your wife are doing better. I hope you and she continue to improve. It would be great to see you back to posting here more again, when you’re fully recovered, of course.

Foxy, it is good to hear that you are both improving so much, but please both keep relaxing and don’t rush to get back to normal too soon. My nephew caught it about 2 weeks before you and it took him a month before he could get back to normal activities … and he had had both jabs.

It sounds like you have both really turned the corner. Fabulous news that you are waking up feeling positive because that is the sign of a healthy recovery. Maybe just no marathons for a while! :grinning:  :kissing_heart:

So pleased you are both on the mend after such a frightening time, Foxy.

As everyone else says, take it easy for a while yet and get your strength back before you go climbing Everest. x

Hi

Foxy, it takes time and there can be good and bad days, even a slight infection like a bit of a cold can have much more effect on your health.

We had a pre discharge list from Covid of recommendations.

Get yourself a good Pulse Oxymeter, cheap as chips and a very good warning system.

If you have had coronary issues, like you have, a certified blood pressure monitor is a must.

It is not for high blood pressure, it is that Covid can cause a dangerous fall in blood pressure.

Best of luck to you both.

Pleased to hear that you and Mrs Fox are on the road to recovery - you’ve certainly had a bad time of it. As others have said, take it slowly day by day and you will get there.
