I had three soft boiled eggs for my meal tonight, with buttery soldiers & extra butter for the eggs once I’d eaten some of the soft yolk. They were delicious.
I just made my pie crust and when I go to the market, I’ll be getting heavy cream and more eggs to make an egg custard pie. Yum:-D
Everyone is being so positive about their eggs, and it’s making me feel even more depressed about mine.

Just hard boil your odd egg & have a sandwich with it when you feel like a snack, or eat it whole in your fingers with salt to dip it in, or give it to a neighbour.
You could pickle it for Christmas!
