I canā€™t claim credit for that. Before the Goodies, the trio, along with several other comedians had a radio show called ā€œIā€™m sorry Iā€™ll read that againā€.

For some reason, terrapins and gibbons were a regular feature and several gibbon related puns were used, including scarlet gibbons for her hair, and a reference to the Stanley Stamps Gibbon Catalogue that was a spoof of this,
