I think that s*** stirring git was Laurence himself, because he said very specifically in an interview

Perhaps they found evidence in the raid because he’s been arrested, not just taken in for questioning?

There is a whole thread’s worth of comments about the rights and wrongs of ULEZ.
But criminal action is never right. The only beneficiary of damaging ULEZ cameras is the company managing the ULEZ charging and the company that makes the cameras. Well done Hopkins and Fox - idiots.

I didn’t actually see the video of “the s##t-stirring git” saying it but if the above text is actually what he said, in an interview, which he knew would be broadcast online, then he can’t blame anyone else for the Police getting to hear about what he said.
I’m not sure of the precise details of the laws relating to inciting people to commit crimes but that sounded like a bit of incitement to me.
If he’s been arrested, no doubt the details of any evidence will be assessed by the CPS.
These people have to learn that actions and words can have consequences.

She really does! She’s slightly strange, I met her once in a pub in Bath. She was just sat at the bar chatting to some guy, a bit scruffy and amiably joined in our conversation
I don’t remember her as a “pop star” but she was in the news for marrying Evans and later for “co-starring” in the resurrection of the dreadful Dr Who. I caught a couple of Piper’s performances in the latter at a friend’s house and was appalled at her lack of acting ability but, just as in her “pop” career, she seems to become a “lauded” performer, despite, IMO, lacking beauty, charisma or ability …

In all fairness, she does have “charisma” in real life, she was interesting, friendly and fun, with no “side”, just a bit unusual!
Totally agree with you there @OldGreyFox , Ive been shocked by the hatred thats come through by a particular poster , but in a way not surprised because this Poster seems to like stiring the pot .
I was actually going to put on the other thread "What amazes you " the hatred and poision thats creeping in , but didnt feel brave enough , So here I am speaking how I feel now .
Im not saying LF should have said what he did , but lets not leave out that the woman he insulted as been putting the same phrase on her twitter account about men .
But nothing came of it .
LF used a phrase , he didnt say he was going to do it. or what he would like to do , he also apologised .

Isn’t that a different matter altogether Maree. There are people who feel very strongly about the ULEZ scheme because it directly affects them and their businesses and nobody is listening to them. Isn’t this a free country? But nobody was asked if they wanted the scheme.
