Laurence Fox…who’d want to s*** that?

Well, well, well, sorry to be a bitch and start a fight but those posts show the same sense of entitled to judge women on whether you’d shag as came out of the Revolting Mr Foxes mouth!:two_hearts:

Really boys? What makes you think you’d be in with a chance? Whatever your opinion on her looks? :woman_shrugging:

Or that she’d care that you would or wouldn’t?

As she said:

“As if it was an option for him to have sex with me. As if men get to look at you and decide if they want to … Unforgivable.”

It’s not just young men who need an attitude update then? You old boys have your moments :rofl::rofl::rofl:

Hi

I consider Mr Fox to be an absolute disgrace to the male of the species.

It is normal for men to be attracted to women, that is how the human race continues.

There are ways of showing interest which are just that, you then wait for your interest to be returned.

There are things that are not right, like old men trying it on with much younger females.

This just plan wrong.

Yes, Billie Piper and he got together after she split with Chris Evans. She and Chris Evans stayed good friends but the split with Fox is very bitter, which tells you a lot

They were granted a divorce due to his “unreasonable behaviour” and in his usual gentlemanly and refined way off talking about women, he bragged ………

“I one hundred percent wound the f*** out of her”

But afterwards he played the dicktim again, whinging about male depression and threatening suicide

They had two boys, teenagers now, think, that they are still arguing over custody arrangements of

Children and custody shouldn’t be weaponised but if they were my sons I’d be worried too about the role model he’s setting them with his attitudes to women and bullyboy behaviour

I’m not really interested in the life and times of Laurence Fox, but in the past he has made some very good comments and observations on GB News, and just because he has put his foot in it now, doesn’t negate everything he has said in the past. I think we can all agree that he was out of order, but nobody died so lets draw a line under it, and get on with accusing someone else of being a sexist, misogynistic, creep. And why not brand GB News the same…The woke BBC loving lefties would love that wouldn’t they.

No, I don’t agree with that and don’t think a line should be drawn under it

And I do think it negates any opinion he holds and has expressed in the past

I think you should always look at someone’s opinions through the filter of the persons actions and words and what they reveal about them

So this reveals exactly how much distain Fox has for women and that he’s a bully

So everything he’s ever said about “woke” needs to be considered knowing that he holds deep seated gender prejudices ( and maybe other prejudices) and that he resents “woke” people challenging, hence his personal dislike of “woke”

I doubt he ever has made any “good” observations or comments and anything he’s said about “woke” certainly comes from his arrogance that anyone dares to challenge his prejudices and sense of entitlement

I didn’t see any Rabid Right saying we should move on from criticising Russell Brand and the BBC

I think it’s important that we never forget that this incident has revealed exactly what Fox is and that respectable media stop broadcasting him.

And that we ignore anything he says in the future on the basis of whose gob it’s coming out of and the prejudices he holds.

A new development, he claims the police have raided and searched his house?

Presumably not to do with his vile misogyny or his unfortunate personality, no one needs to search for that!

If it’s true, I’m guessing it’s because of his open support for ULEZ Bladerunners who are cutting down the cameras

In an interview he said:

“I encourage them to tear down every single camera there is.

“I will be joining them to tear down cameras as well. Because I’m one of those people who puts my money where my mouth is.”

I’m not interested in hearing anything Laurence Fox has to say about anything - why would I want to listen to the half-baked opinions of a “knobbish dickhead half-educated tw*t”.

(The description in inverted commas are not my words but Laurence Fox’s own description of himself - so that’s something he has said which I agree with! - though I wouldn’t have expressed it as crudely as he did. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: )

Fox has previously expressed surprise that anyone would be interested in listening to his opinions - I agree with that too -
I am amazed that anyone would want to hear his ill-informed and crudely expressed opinions and dismayed that any media outlet would want to enable such socially repulsive behaviour by giving him a platform.

Unfortunately, what is said on these dubious platforms doesn’t stay there, his comments find their way into the mainstream media, so we have to put up with hearing about his unpleasant attention-seeking antics now and again. :face_vomiting:

If he carried on ranting and behaving so rudely and arrogantly in the local pub, I’d guess folk would give him a wide berth - I bet Annie Walker or Peggy Mitchell would have barred him by now! - but just because he’s had a bit of “fame” as an actor for a while, he’s been given a public platform and some people accord him some kind “expert authority status” and lap up his opinions.
There’s nowt so strange as folk, I suppose.

Basically, he’s a publicity whore and a troll who makes his money from expressing controversial opinions, however vile, and however much harm they do

And the media are complicit because they give him the megaphone to do it, because, like gruesome motorway accidents, trolls increase viewing figures

And the law of diminishing returns applies, because these trolls have to be more and more controversial to get the same level of response

I agree he’s done nothing, ever, for anyone to respect his opinions, he’s a nobody

But because these trolls get the publicity, thick and worthless or not, they are very dangerous to our society getting these opinions into the mainstream for the gullible to accept and believe

My goodness, he’s been arrested!

“Laurence Fox has been arrested after his house in Stockwell was searched by the Met Police on Wednesday morning.

The Met confirmed to the Mirror that police officers had arrested a 45-year-old man on suspicion of conspiring to commit criminal damage to ULEZ cameras and encouraging or assisting offences to be committed.”

Hope he goes to jail so the other cons can decide how “shaggable” he is :rofl::rofl:

I agree with all you say here, and he’s not the only minor “celebrity” who uses these ploys to gain more publicity - over recent years there seems to be more and more of these types crawling out of the woodwork.

I think this observation you made is so true :

** And the law of diminishing returns applies, because these trolls have to be more and more controversial to get the same level of response**

He really is, count yourself lucky you’ve never heard of him :two_hearts::heart:

He first came into a bit of notoriety when he had an argument with an audience member on Question Time and I’ve disliked him ever since

He comes from a well known acting family.

…… and he’s gone…sacked from GBNews
:clap::clap::clap::clap::clap::clap:

Good, the least they could do, but it doesn’t absolve them of responsibility for the type of people and biased opinions they are willing to include in order to gain Rabid Right viewers

Calvin Robinson has been sacked too but Dan Wootton is still under consideration

He should surely go too?

It seems that some $hit stirring git has ‘suggested’ he has been urging ULEX camera destruction, so they raided his home.

I wonder if now they’ll arrest Packham for suggesting he’ll break the law over climate change?
