What a lovely thing to do Dreamy.
Are you making plans?

Yes, if I don’t need it, out it goes. Would like to hire a team of rubbish ciollectors for the house. Does such a service exist?

I’m getting mixed up with possessions and people. I don’t want to overburden people with things to do when I die.

Yes they do, I used them for the last rubbish in my late Mothers’ house.

You won’t Dreamy, and you are not going anywhere.
You are just stressed over your recent news, and the thought of chemo again.
Calm down my lovely friend, one thing at a time.

Also, the donation will help other people, friends, family, I swear my sister only comes down to down to see me when I’m sick btw.

Today’s diagnosis? well I was half expecting it. Yes, Sweetie Pie, One Day At A Time was the best set of words to come out if AA. God alone knows

Shame about your sister, only you know for sure, you have known her all your life.
Yes indeed one day or thing at a time, you cannot do everything at once.
You are always in my prayers. x

The service exists now in 23 locations and it started in Edinburgh. I always pop into their centre for s coffee or before i go for a procedure nowadays.

Their staff are all ex orofessionals in their fields

You made a good choice Dreamy. xxx
Must go now, keep us posted.
Good Night if you log off before I return. x

So my upcoming events include more chemotherapy, more blood transfusions. A bone marrow transplant, Stem cell therapy. No doubt there will be plenty of time for reflection but I’ll try not to bore anyone or breach the site rules. I’ll keep it on this one thread.

I forgot to mention that all their coffee, tea and biscuits are free - that’s it, not a penny need you spend. This can be a life saver for someone whose finances are stretched and they come from the Borders or Perhaps Fife.

By “local to the hospital land” I mean that they are on the hospital grounds.

BTW, Sweetie, it’s different drugs than last time. Then I had 4 drugs, this tine its 3.

How lovely, and you have donated. Bless you. X

Let me know what later.
Good Night Dreamy. X

No Dreamy???
I hope you are OK.

It’s me, and I start my 3rd chemo round today. What bothers me is the for some reason they cannulate you on the back of the back of your hand instead on higher up the wrict

I hate that Dreamy, it is so painful.
Thinking of you, and hope all goes well.x

More time perception problems - I had no appointment, had already been that morning, but was convinced the appointment was for 7:30pm. Luckily the kindly taxi driver convinced me that I didn’t have an appointment.

Time perception problems worry me because of the Delirium I had in 2016 which is 30% fatal.

Ffosse sorry you’re going through so much. Did they do an MRI of the brain stem when they checked you out? Hope it all starts to improve with the chemo.

Yes, they did all the procedures.
