Dunno. Iâd have thought a lot of the benefits of gaining another language can be gained from already knowing that other language whilst some are obtained through the process of learning. Most likely the greatest benefit is with monoglots becoming bi or polyglots. Language is cultural, behavioural and psychological - as well as for communication.

There are 450 languages spoken in the US while only 300 are spoken in the UK.
Three of those USA languages include loud- shouting and yelling at the top of the voice to annoy everyone around them. Not forgetting about boasting about how great they think the USA is.

Trying make a point of how diverse the UK is fall short compared to the US. Not only that but everything. A recent poll was taken in the US and 87% donât care what other countries think about the US. They are saying, why worry about some that finished last, when you won!
