Try to make something out of 18 deaths over a 6 month period, it a talking point for cowards. That just like the US military equipment. It is getting used all the time for training. It get dirty, damaged and worn out but it it gets fix or replaced. It doesnât set in the dock or motor pools doing nothing.

The American military is 100% voluntary military. No one is being forced.
Illegal orders are not given. Objectives are given, how they are carried out is done buy the the ones on the ground. Things happen that canât be avoided.

Yet again, the United States has got itself into a quagmire: a war that President Donald Trump does not know how to end and the Iranian regime does not want to end.
The Wall Street Journal reported this week that US Secretary of Defence Pete Hegseth was âquietly extending troop deploymentsâ into 2027, taken as a sign the conflict could drag on well into next year.
This is quite a bizarre notion: a president declaring a war over despite both sides still firing at each other, the Strait of Hormuz still largely crippled and Iran still in possession of enriched uranium.
The main aim of the war â to ensure that Iran could never have nuclear weapons â has clearly not been achieved. Iran still has supplies of highly enriched uranium in a hidden location.
Then, once the war was underway, Trump said a key aim was regime change. That also has not happened.
The new goal was reopening the Strait of Hormuz, the crucial waterway used to transport about 20 per cent of the worldâs crude oil and gas.
That strait was, of course, open and functioning well before the US and Israel decided to go to war.
So now, having failed on those three aims, Trump is reportedly considering declaring the war over, and presumably claiming victory.
Goats are more intelligent.

Iâve seen this considered before and, with Trump, any old bizarre idiocy might happen.
The question is - where is the co-instigators in all of this? Israel, who goaded Trump into the initial attacks, have simply ducked out. And been allowed to do so by Trump and the US media.

The United States has to go to Russia and talk to them about the Ukraine war.
Surpassing the countries that stand by Ukraine (from 2000 km behind them). You know the countries, like France. If France pulled it military out of Greenland, all 15 Mountain infantry soldiers. They should be able to push Russia out of Ukraine. Since those 15 prevented the US from invading Greenland.
Macron emphasized that Europe has a duty to protect its territory and demonstrate its ability to ensure collective security.
And Germany sent 13 reconnaissance personnel.
Netherlands, and Finland also contributed small numbers of officers. I guess France and Germany forgot to send officers.
Norway and Sweden Deployed military personnel. Guess they werenât sure how many they sent.
With that massive show of force the US could not afford to lose another 18 support soldiers.
With that kind of force, they could kick Russia out of Ukraine and take some of Russian territory.
It appears the Generals / Admirals and below donât agree with you. Hegseth is becoming at risk of getting fired soon. The story is the Lueties in the Whitehouse circle are also concerned about their futures at risks. So many names have left the Military. The Loony Goons are fleeing.

What a waste of an opportunity to press home the advantage of a failing Russian state. The efforts of Ukraine have put Putin in an astonishingly precarious position. But Trump does not want to understand that and certainly does not want to topple his mate Putin.
But then when about 30 European soldiers can stop the might of the US military taking over Greenland, as you so helpfully pointed out, then what are we to expect from this dismal Trump presidency�
