It’s extremely easy to understand
I put on a bit of tonnage since lockdown began and ended … and it’s a pain to shift it but I’ve never been fat in my life and don’t like been fat so short of surgical removal I’ll have to develop some willpower.

Frusemide only makes you weigh less because you lose water, not fat, I think? Look after yourself x

I am not telling you how much I weigh. Lockdown has turned me into a right porker and I need to do something about it urgently 
I did download the NHS app thingy, though, it’s rather good for a freebie
I’m in in my seventies. I have been using metric since I was about twenty.

I’m 1.79m /5 ft 10" and weigh 74kg / 11st 9.14 lb if that calculation is right.
Weight doesn’t mean anything, though. That’s what I learnt throughout my life.
I zip in at 56kg just under 9st in old money …I’m 5ft.6 if I stand up really straight I’m 5ft.7 .
Sorry Minx, no idea what that chart says, don’t work in cms only stones and inches for me.
