He could also spend time in prison, if he enters back into his own country I’ve read, could be up to 4 and a half years…those are the consequences of his actions…all within the law.

If that’s what the law says, so be it…I think RSPCA are still doing their investigations…what they say at the end of their investigations,goes from what I’ve read.
