I couldn’t watch last night after Liz appeared - she is even worse than before. What with her and Michelle screeching at each other the only answer is the fast forward button - I always did record it to zip through the ads but now I shall only watch very little of it.
Michelle only seems to have one expression - irritated exasperation. Must be the price she pays for living with Steve and having that dead loss of a son.

Why do they keep bringing her back? From what I’ve heard others say, it’s not as though she’s a firm favourite with viewers; quite the opposite! And now there’s two of them screeching and bawling

I’ve never taken to er wot plays Michelle in Corrie, wish she’d find employment elsewhere.

You could be right there, and he’ll probably come back just as she and Michelle’s dad (also Irish) start a relationship - which is obviously going to happen.

I’ve never really liked Michelle and this latest twist where she joined with Liz against poor Steven who had only done a really nice thing for her explained what it is I dislike so much.
Sadly now Liz is back if she is still here after Hayley dies I may give up on corrie again. I seem to watch it for a couple of years then give up for a year and eventually get sucked back in again LOL

With the Rovers being so central to the programme, I think a pub is the perfect way of introducing loads of ‘proper stars’ cameo scenes, I would like that. If they could persuade popular celebs to pop in the pub as passing travellers, just as ‘one-offs’, that would perk things up.

I think I’d like to see Jesse J turn up when Michelle is behind the bar and singing - Jesse J sings way better and, imo, is prettier; wonder if Steve would be off for a second time

I saw in todays paper that they’re going to bump Tina off next year.
It said she wanted to go at the end of next month when her contract ends but had been persuaded to stay on till next year so they bump her off instead.
There’s no need now is there? They’ve introduced Michelle’s Oirish father, so he must be the Jim clone.
