Corrie

I think she is yes, there are rumours of her being recast though so not sure what is happening.

I’m not looking forward to Liz coming back either, we’ve had her do a return once, and that didn’t work for me then.

It will be interesting to see if Liz will buy the pub for Steve and Michelle as I read a few months back that Kym Marsh had signed another year’s contract with Corrie and they were going to do big things with Michelle and she will be the new barmaid in The Rovers. Well it looks like it’s heading that way already with Peter joining Carla’s firm, I reckon Michelle will get fed up with Peter and will leave in time.

Time will tell

So you don’t like her either Valice! I wonder what it is about her - neither of my granddaughters like her either.

I’ve also gone off Michelle but oddly enough, I didn’t mind her when she worked in the pub

You can add my name to the list of who doesn’t like Liz McDonald either. Can’t stand her voice or her trashy dress sense (although I suppose that is part of her character).

When the heck does Karl get caught out as I’m sick of his face as well.

I’ve never liked Liz McDonald since she first joined Corrie … I’ve always thought of her as mutton dressed as lamb
Miaow!

I suppose if Liz MacDonald does come back, they will ressurect her dippy ex-husband, Jim, to appear again too!

Snap!

I think Jim was put in prison for killing Jess Quiggley (I think I’m right in saying that) so I doubt he will be coming back.

Now thinking about what I read about Michelle, it didn’t say she would be a barmaid but a landlady of The Rovers, but then you never know as they print something in the paper and then change the storyline. So we will see  But I’m wondering if Liz coming back is something to do with that as in time Karl would have left and I think Sue Johnson is leaving and maybe Stella so they will be after someone new to take the pub over.

Funny they should mention Jim on Corrie tonight, Steve said he was in prison for armed robbery.

Yes, Jim McDonald did kill Jez Quigley after he’d beaten his son Steve up, but he’s currently in jail for armed robbery of a building society after he’d got out of jail and was on the run.

Prelude to bringing him back?

I was wondering the same myself.

I liked Jez Quigley when he was in it - absolutely marvellous baddie, so convincing, he really had the right look on his face :lol:

Noooooooooooooo :frowning:

There’s only once decent McDonald and that’s Steve! The others can stay away!

He’ll be back so he will

I thought Steve did a good impersonation of Jim’s voice last night.

I agree, but I fear that we will have to suffer both Jim and Liz (even worse, IMO) again…:frowning:

I fear you’re right :frowning:
