I agree. I know that Londonistan is the pits, or at least parts of it, and the same goes for Birmingham. There are other similar places too, but I wasn’t aware that Slough was of the same type.
I see that there is a police TV series that regularly features Slough, so I assume it must be a ‘bit rough’.
I must own up that I am one of those horrible judgemental people. In my case it refers to such people as those who continue to congregate together outside pubs, in parks, etc., and especially those imbecilic cretins and morons who amuse themselves by coughing in people’s faces.
After warning the public on the daily news, the San Diego County Sheriffs have begun issuing citations of $1,000 USD to those who disobey orders to not gather in groups and stay out of parks, beaches and basketball courts etc.

The published figures are odd, for example the UK has twice as many deaths as Iran for about the same number of cases. I don’t think that can be right
Likewise Germany has about the same number of cases pro rata population as the USA but only 60% of the deaths per million population. There is no consistency in the figures
Yes, I said the same thing many pages ago.
I’m not positive but, the UK seems to be only counting cases admitted to hospitals, and not those who have C-19 but are staying at home. Thus, the gross number of total cases is skewed downward.
I think it’s already been admitted that only those tested are counted…and I suspect that is the same as not being taken into hospital. We were told lots of new test kits were being made available but since that announcement there’s been no further news though I have heard that if e.g. elderly people in a care home die…it’s not covid-19 !!! So the figures could be hugely understated.
It would appear to be a fact that figures given out each day do not include those in nursing or care homes, who may have died as a result of the effects of coronavirus.
The relevant items on the two links below explain what are given as the reasons for this:
I see 3000 more brits are being flown by charter flights back to
UK! No info on whether they have or will be tested before being
allowed to reintegrate with the general populace?
Surely all of them should be tested AND isolated for 14 days if
we hope to reduce infections??
You believe they’re just going to be let in to resume their lives without either /or or both of those two things?
I read something about them having to self isolate for 14 days. .
