Staying home today, apart from dog walks, and fiddling about indoors. Not going out shopping just for the sake of it, just yet. Bit wet outside again, lol.

Morning Chatters! Such a lovely day outside and I saw geese flying overhead this morning which made me happy. Just ordered some basic kitchen stuff from Amazon since I lost/broke some things in the move. Going for a walk later on.

I have a few provisions I need, so will go to one of the supermarkets, and see if I can top up on petrol, too. Getting a bit low. Dreading my London/Essex trip…that will now cost me a fair bit on fuel.

Just have to visit Mum this morning and I hope to get an hour in the garden later, fingers crossed it stays fine.

It does not seem so cold here today. Bright out but more rain is forecast later.
There was a silly Robin flying around in my conservatory earlier, I opened the door but it flew into the garage via a hole in one of the glass window. Finally got it out through the door.
But when I got back from the morning walk with Minnie. It was in the conservatory again. But was it the same one or the first ones mate?
Morning all. Brighter today but fresh. Washing on , shopping list at the ready , all I need now is the enthusiasm to get it done.

Morning chit chatters, it’s dry here, but overcast with rain forecast, so I won’t be going to the beach today.
@Emjay many years ago a crow fell down our chimney - the first I knew of it was a terrific banging noise from the cupboard which housed the central heating unit. I opened the cupboard door and out it flew, straight into our long lounge diner, banging itself against the windows both ends. I was terrified and ran down the road to get help from the builders (our estate was still being built). One of them came back and caught the bird and put it out for me. Profuse thanks etc… About a minute after he’d gone, the racket started all over again - obviously the first one’s mate looking for it. I didn’t have the nerve to go and get the builder again, so I asked my neighbour if she was brave enough. All I had to do really was open the back door, and then open the cupboard door, which was exactly opposite, and only 3 foot away. So simple, but I was too frightened (what a wuss I was 
). Anyway, neighbour did it for me, bless her. My 9 month old son slept through it all upstairs in his cot!
Morning folks.
Been downstairs, bathroom, washed up from yesterday, did the dog’s water and biscuits, and brought a cuppa and tablets up with me. Hmmm, dog has just gone down. Hope it’s to have a biscuit or two, not wanting the garden. I am settled on the stool by the bedroom window, for now.
Got the chicken to start cooking soon, so might not get to the retail park today. That can wait a day or so. It is only to get a few more bits for Ukraine donations and drop off to Morrisons with what I bought yesterday.

That’s good you feel inclined for that bit of exercise! Maybe each day? I’ve always said I am grateful for having the dog, who gets me out 3-4 times a day, whatever the weather. I may not be the fittest person, but it definitely helps.
As for me being up early, I often get up for the downstairs bathroom, and like to make an early cup of tea (usually gasping for one when I awake), and to sit by the bedroom window for awhile. Won’t go back to bed today, as it is now 8am, and will get on with things.
Morning all, justvback from doing the Tesco shop for the weekend and it’s tipping with rain out there, and has been all night so I hope it abates before much longer.
Just the dogs to walk when it stops, and I’ve hen got to fetch a new battery for my Jeep and get it fitted before changing the oil and filter.
