Up at 9 this morning, thanks to the insomnia of last night, and still weeing for England. I think it is about time the antibiotics started to kick in.

Still no significant relief from my symptoms. Bet I needed something other than what the doctor gave me. We will see.
Waiting for the plumber now, between 9-12 he said, for the annual boiler service. I hate having to hang around. I do want to dive into my freezer, to locate the chicken drums that I suspect are in a plastic box at the very bottom. I have a lot of stuff to pull out before I can get to them. Sodās law, he will call when I am half in half out.
At least the winds seem to have dropped here.

The weather? I donāt know what itās plans are. Not so cold but lots of heavy clouds seem to be coming this way.
Had a rotten night as just could not fall asleep. I must have done as when I last looked at the clock it was 1230am. Then at 0330am, that Minnie decided she wanted to have a stroll around the garden.
Went back to sleep and woke up at 0730.
So to plod on with the usual chicken soup to make. Donāt know why I call it chicken soup, as it only contains 4 pieces of chicken thighs. Also carrots, onion, stock cubes, pinch of pepper, 1 litre of water. On the gas for 1 hour from when it boils.
Going to my daughter this evening for a meal. Oh what an exciting day.
Morning everyone, mild here too and quite pleasant although showers forecast for later.
Just back from visiting mum and getting potting compost from the garden centre, but will waste half an hour on here before deciding what to do next, if anythingā¦
Hope the plumber turns up Jan, so notorious though for being unreliableā¦

Itās raining here and we have yet to do the first dog walk. So will need to wrap up. What a palaver!
Just to go and get my tyre this morning, then on to the retail park. Morrisons, Pets at Home. Lidl, if I feel like it.

. I canāt remember the last time it rained here. So at least it will I hope fill up my pond and overflow and wash the surface debris off.
Attempted to go out but even Minnie turned back to go home. Maybe later we will try again.
No other need to go out, so will just stay in and find things to do.
Quite bright here after a wet night, but a chill wind nonetheless.
Just waiting for the bread to rise before popping it into the oven for half an hour. Haddock and eggs for lunch then maybe take the dogs out if it stays dry.

My computer had a major crash last night, the screen went completely black. Nearly got it all back just a few.things still to add. Yes had to reinstall windows10 . problem is the computer is so old finding the .and downloading via the internet takes ages.
Took a few precautions first such as disconnection my other drives with photos and videos on even managed to be able to remove Adobe programs using the trash bin .which still worked and had those progr.fams in
Excuse me but I am bloo*y mad at microsoft. I only just got a new editing suite because microsoft didnāt have a HEVC codec therefore Adobe Premien Elements video suite would not workā¦ .Just had a Windows 10 update and guess what? yes now it has been added
Act in haste, repent at leisure. 
Gave my left leg a scratch just above the knee, about half an hour ago, and now the right one is itching. It sometimes feels like thereās no end to it all.

I had left my laptop with a computer shop for him to order a new battery. Had to do that myself and it is taking weeks! They werenāt kidding when they said it āhad been shippedā¦ā. There was me thinking it would come over by plane. Gah! So today the man will reconnect the old battery and I shall collect it, to use while waiting for the battery to arrive.
Apart from that, no other plans. Like Emjay says, just wait to see what needs doing.
Good morning Jan and all to follow later. A stiff chilly wind here and rain forecast for later, but no matter the hounds have been walked and thereās nothing spoiling outside, so it looks like being a stay in and keep warm type of agenda for the rest of the day.

Rush rush rush. Thatās what it has been for me this morning. Well being with everything.
Daughter said come with me to the Northweald market. OK I said.
I had just got back with Minnie and our walk when she had arrived 0830, Lucky that the usual first wash had just finished, so I had to leave that, and dash out.
Foolā¦ I did not realise how cold it was going to be there. I should have taken my gloves.
I did get a few things there. Gorilla glue 2 pots Ā£5, poo bags, new battery for watch, fitted Ā£5, tooth brush.
She dropped me off and gone home for breakfast, and coming back later and wants to go to Sainsburyās. Carrying on with laundry and got a hot cuppa soup now.
Just got the computer back to normal after microsofts update and the computer crash I had. A complete restart from installing windows10 is no fun
Watching ELO from Wembly (2017) on Sky Arts which you can get on Freeview now and it was great to A) hear music of my youth and B) see older folks obviously having a great time.

Blimey Emjay, bet you were cold over NW market. I only managed to go there once. I was freezing yesterday. Itās not a great deal better todayā¦rain, so not looking forward to the first walk and coming home with wet everything.
Will find things to do indoors afterwards. Prepare for a roast meal (for lunchtime, methinks?). Keep checking an email for an Amazon delivery, to track it. Managed to order the new laptop battery on the site, though how I missed it I donāt know. Still waiting for the one coming from overseas. Oh well, I will either have a spare, or will try and flog that other one, when it eventually arrives. It does mean another walk back to the computer shop. Iād left Hollyās bag on the shop floor yesterday and had to go back (if sheād done a poo on the way home Iād have been stuffed!) . I was tired and exhausted by then. Stupid, had I realised Amazon had the battery in stock I could have still left the laptop with him.
That rain sounds worse.
