Yes it is also very cold here as well. Frost on the grass as we strolled around the fields.
I got to use one of my Christmas prezzys just now. That was a Karcher window cleaner, and just sucked up the condensation on the windows. I like it oh yes I like it.
Not a lot to do this morning, but this afternoon I am going for a cuppa and cake to my friend. Only lives a 6 minute drive away.

I could do with one of those, Emjay. My porch windows needed wiping down last night, with dry cloths. Edited. Screwfix do one, half price, but not a known brand or name.

Brrrrr. Oh yes it is a cold and frosty morning. My weather station said it was -2.2c earlier and now says -1.5c.
But the sun is shining in a blue sky.
I have to go out later as I need a couple of things, not going in the car as it is difficult to park where I am going, so I shall get the bus.

I was a tad busy this morning as I wanted to catch the 10.20 bus into town. I still donāt feel I should drive just yet, maybe tomorrow. Still got a bad headache and woke up every 2 hrs in the night, despite having pain killers. We were in bed by 8.30.
Did such a lot in town, so a successful trip.
Right, the dog is staring at me, so Iād best get her out. Laters.

Done my morning stroll around the fields. I noticed that some children in the school grounds were gathered in a crowd with not many wearing masks. And is it any wonder that the plague is still active.
Nothing planed for today yet. So just let it happen.
Morning I had a really bad night, coughing all night, pain all night, ended up falling asleep at 4am and got up again at 7am.

Still trying to sort out sisterās gas card issue. Have now put out an appeal on a local FB page, see if anyone has a spare. No out let, anywhere, has Bulb cards. She is off to her older daughter today, maybe overnight. She has some gas but is not sure the card the engineer gave her will work for a top up. My fault, I should have agreed for a new one to be sent out yesterday when talking to them. I have sent another emergency email, but will try and call later, after dog walk, if no response.
Susie, no, not had time! I have either been feeling unwell, or busy with other things. I havenāt made up my mind whether to try the computer shop near me, or take it to Hughes service centre for diagnostics. Maybe Monday. Tummy trouble this morning now.

Very well planed this morning, as I got up late I thought I would take Minnie out before I did my daily chores. That was a result, for as I got back, it started to rain.
Already got the second laundry in the machine, and first one in the dryer.
I feel sorry for you ladies, with all your health problems. I think some would say that it the penalties of getting old. Fear not, I am also getting older, and also have a few aches here and there.
Yes, commiserations from me too to all of you that are suffering, as Emjay says itās just the price we pay for getting old which, as we know, isnāt for wimpsā¦ 
Iām feeling pretty good today so Iāll be in the kitchen baking and cooking lunch, my favourite pastimes.

Bulb have replied saying a new card has now been issued, and that the meter top up should last till she gets the card. Huh! She phoned to say after the Ā£5 top up, just Ā£2.50 remains, after one bath, and heating, since last night. So I have replied to their email telling them just that. She will leave her heating on low while out, but said not to book another engineer. Stubborn? Not half.
At least she has now come round to the idea of changing the meter to a continual supply. Hurrah.
I have texted the lady dog sitter near me asking if she has a free day to have Holly so I can have a day to myself. Hoping I feel well enough soon to do just that. The man is fully booked till end of the month. Not sure is she is eligible for the Creche now, as it has been too long and she would need a compatibility test again.
Off to have a shower. Hopefully.

Changing bed linen today, and putting on the bed a new, double, electric blanket. Morrisons were selling them for Ā£16
For main meal, will heat up a Morrisons chunky steak pie, with spuds of some sort and veg.
