Morning all, dogs walked now before the forecast storm and no other plans for the day so I’ll just see what turns up.

Good morning all from me.
Been and done my weekly shop at Sainsbury’s. There are still some ignorant people that are not wearing masks, and at the door the staff are handing out them for free.
I went on the Monday group walk yesterday and got soaked. I did have my so called water proof coat, but I still got very wet. It was quite a long one of 90 minutes, and total miles for the day was 4.7 miles.
It was very frosty when I went out earlier with Minnie around the fields.
Nothing else planed for today, so will just let it happen.

Despite my fears about the coffee group lunch, I did enjoy it. Left before the others did, just in case there were the cries of ‘well done S, for starting the group!’. Carvery was very good, company was good, though I had the talkative health whinger almost opposite (it is Groundhog Day every time we see her), but my crumble was full of mixed fruit that I had to pick out. Otherwise we all had a jolly time. Poor Holly, I think it was the longest I’ve left her (3 hrs).
And I will leave her again this morning to visit Susie and her OH, but I needn’t be too long, and I’ve worked out a quicker way to get there.
My new landline phones have been charging overnight so when I get home I have to struggle to reach the plug socket for the base unit, input my contacts, and make a spag Bol. Such fun.

Morning everyone, still windy and wet here so no plans at the moment but must try to get the dogs out on their walk before long. No other plans that can’t be altered though and liver and onions for lunch so not all bad.

It is so cold this morning but no rain. I thing we had enough yesterday and the fields this morning were waterlogged.
I think it is so nice that Jan and Susie meet up as friends from this group.
I also don’t have any plans for today, so I shall just let it happen. But only now going to do my puzzles that I have on my other iPad.

I enjoyed Janet’s company yesterday, she did get down on her knees to try and coax my Cat to come out from under the bed, but Coco ignored her and stayed asleep, like she ignores everyone these days.

Good morning folks, drier and calmer here thank goodness, it6been a wild couple of days…
Nothing much planned, just a run over to see my mum for a while and then it’s salmon and rice for lunch.
Good to hear the meeting went well Susieand Jan, lovely to have friends round now and then for a catch up.

Cold both me and the weather. Bright but more rain forecast for later.
My daughter dragged me out to Costco yesterday afternoon. I was not very happy as it was crowded and quite a few where not wearing face protection.
All I got was a big jar of shelled walnuts. They tasted horrible. I don’t know what to do with them. I normaly get cashues but there were not any
Nothing yet planed for today, so will just let it happen.

I enjoyed the company of Susie and her OH. And I was plied with cake and more cake!
Today, I shall stay home with the dog, having left her for three days running, and search amongst all the boxes in the spare rooms for a few items. I want the battery operated set of Christmas lights, find the window candle ornament (the empty box is in my wardrobe), and a telephone headset that I have somewhere. I have a small fibre optic tree I would like to go somewhere but have neither the floor nor table top space. Nor a spare power point. I wonder if there is a reason none were fitted to the party walls, back/front rooms, and the tiny bit at the bottom of my stairs.

Need to phone my GP this morning if I can get through, need to book an Face to Face appointment with him, that will be hard work, as I now have a swollen Hip and it hurts, I can’t bend over or sit properly, and I can’t show him my body parts over the phone.
Nothing else planned for the day.
Got a Rubbish man coming to take away loads of wood and doors etc. cost £25 and he will dispose of it all.

Back from Tesco now for the weekend shop but found legs of lamb half price so I got a couple for the freezer, great bargain. Nothing else planned other than cooking smoked haddock and poached eggs for lunch.
Good luck with getting the GP appointment Susie, it can be a nightmare I know…

Sunny and cold, at least the rain has gone elsewhere.
My daughter and her lot have gone to the farm on the IOW, so I am on morning cat duty for the next few days. Her husbands father does the evening shift.
I need to go to Morrison’s shortly for some dog food, and that’s will be it. Nothing else planed.

Really nice out this morning but cold.
I was up a bit early this morning as I had to go go do my daughters cat.
Had breakfast, took Minnie out, first laundry on, then went and done the cat. I wanted to do it early before the Saturday traffic.
So now thinking what’s next?

I’m up late, and not walked the dog yet, or even dressed. I had trouble sleeping, and she wanted the garden twice. Needn’t have, having had a last walk from 9, but sometimes I think she just wants to see if the cats are out there. I did see her wee the first time.
No plans, will see what needs doing, or what I fancy doing, or what I have time for. Might struggle with putting up battery lights in the porch.
