Drove to pharmacy then went on to Tesco, and McDonalds for some fries. Had half with two of the cooked chicken drums.
Have you lost confidence in your present surgery, Susie? Reluctant to leave mine even though not easy to get to, as the nurses especially look after me very well.
A ÂŁ2.80 win on yesterdayâs Euro Millions. A pity there werenât more zeroes on the end. Still, put it towards another ticket, for Tuesday.
Might nip off to the retail park today, get some certain loose dog biscuits in Pets at Home. Think I could do with more milk as well so Morrisons also.
I started weeding in my back garden yesterday afternoon, as Iâd finished my library book and had some spare time. Must do the front bit soon, looks an awful mess. Problem is Iâve already used the pieces of fake grass on the back path covering the shingle. Need to get more, so I can then maybe add some coloured stones. But thatâs a plan for later.
Have to return a BT Smarthub that wonât be used now, and continue into town to return some library books.
I had one of those but have no idea what happened to it when I gave up the allotment. I have sown a few veg seeds today. Broad bean, peas, courgettes and purple kohl rabi (cannot find green variety anywhere).
Off out in a few minutes. I have a friend in a care home in Oulton Broad, waiting to transfer to somewhere in Norwich. Due to ulcers she has had a leg amputation, partial I believe. Will know more when I see her. She is a lady who I met at the very first coffee morning, and we used to go to the church lunchtime concerts. The third lady cannot accompany me but she has spoken to Carol by phone yesterday.
I hope to get to Aldi on the way home then later Holly and I will be in the garden. I may start bagging up old pots and rubbish ready to request a licensed waste carrier for a tip run. (Thought of that while in bed. Would like a Hippo bag but the vehicle collecting them may not fit up our alley.)
