Susie, if going into Morrisons cafe, ask if they are doing the over 60s breakfast deal. It includes a hot drink, and is for £5. Started end of February, apparently, just days after I was in there and paid full price.
I have a hospital appt at noon, for my DEXA scan. Will leave early with the car, to look for parking and find the x-ray dept., then go into Tesco on the way home. I could do with a few bits, bread especially.

Got a clothes wash going. Be nice to hang everything out in the garden today in the warm sun.
Shall postpone my hair appt due for today. Met the hairdresser in the street and we have agreed it can wait another couple of weeks, so I will phone her when they open, and change it.
Have to stay around later for the nurse to call re my test results, so reckon I could spend an hour or so on the clear out.
I was thinking of doing the library this morning but if ladies of the Thursday coffee club see me, they might expect me to go in. I am seeing two tomorrow at the monthly quiz, anyway, so the books can wait till the weekend.
I’ve not had pancakes yet. Cheated and bought a pancake mix and lemon juice yesterday. Got a few food items to use up yet so will see when to do them.

Very cold here and parts of my garden are still under a few inches of water.
Got six new fish for the tropical tank yesterday, they seemed to have settled in well.
I will get Kinga to take some pictures and post them next week.
I hung my washing out to get the sun later on, and I was freezing!

Came downstairs for a little break from the cull. Got rid of lots of paperwork pertaining to my parents, just kept a few odd bits. Going back up for another hour, maybe, then will consider what’s for lunch.
Just did us both pancakes for lunch, they were lovely.

Off to work shortly and a nie day here totally. Been pottering about but hard to get into a stride when you know you have to go to work. Have arranged breakfast/bunch with my friend Rose on Saturday looking forward to it. Got a blood test tomorrow then popping to see new great niece Isobel and (if the lady is in the salon) got my eyebrows being threaded in the afternoon. Not busy but bits to do.

Your tank looks lovely and your fish absolutely fantastic.
My big Tropical Tank is okay, my new marine tank is an absolute disaster.
To make things worse it is hammering down with rain now, the last thing I need.
