I will brave the weather to take the train to Norwich, then bus to the retail park for the big Sainsburys and Range. When done, bus back to Norwich and will stop off at the market for a wander round before heading back to the train home. Taking my trolley and a lighter backpack and bags. Goodness knows what I end up buying, but hopefully not too much. I just enjoy it as a day out.
Making up a flask of coffee, which I usually start on the train, then I can get another in McD to top it up.
Oh yes Susie, I always make sure I buy plenty to justify the journey. Got a new electric blanket in Range (22.49j, and other stuff. Spent £30. Another £30 in Sainsburys, including a new set of PJs. Will try them on later. I like the design. Trays of dog food, £1 each, and probiotic topper for her. Biscuits in pets at home.

Blue sky and sunshine. Also frost everywhere.
But it is cold as I found out when I done my morning walk.
It’s Friday again, so I expect it will be the usual things. Lunch at Morrison, and dinner at my daughter’s.
Susie, today was being out and about. I hoovered before going out. Did a charity shop drop off, shopped in Morrisons, home to unpack food. Back out, library, to the pub. McD for my dessert, round to the tip (slot booked for 2.30), to the nearby removal company to get a shredding bag (cost gone up significantly), a shop in Asda, home to unpack more stuff and have a last cuppa, then set out at 4.40 to fetch Holly.

It is also foggy here this morning, but it seems to be clearing.
I dit a finger pricking blood test earlier and it was 7.3. It normally is in the 6. So going back to behaving myself with not so much naughty stuff.
I expect that I will be doing a wander with my daughter around the shops, ‘up the mount’. Then lunch at our usual restaurant.
Having breakfast (got up about 8.15), and will shortly prep veg for my roast lunchtime. Meat slices were marked as reduced in Morrisons on Friday, Turkey on the bone and beef. Having Turkey today, and the rest is in the freezer.
Just about to have coffee, ate my cereal, then will get Holly out. I have asked the window cleaner to wait till after 9.30, to allow me time to get back.
I have a small roast (chicken this time) to do lunchtime, then get out for the community cafe at 2pm. Might have to walk Holly while roasties are doing.
