It’s not so cold out, but very damp looking.
My cleaning lady comes this morning, and that could be the excitement of the day.
I still felt cold on dog walk and it was trying to rain so cut it short.
Change of plan. Got a bread proving on the radiator and will bake shortly. Have enough milk I think until I go to Tescos early tomorrow when I can get my phone battery fitted. He’s not in today. Said he’s the only one who can do it.
Morning.
Up early as have a lot to do today. As soon as breakfast and dog walk done, I will get off to Tescos for Timpson’s, leave my phone for the replacement battery. Do some shopping, check in with them and maybe go across to McD for a coffee. Then I have to get Holly out for her noon groom. I will go to the carvery up the road, for my lunch, and sit with my book till she’s ready.
Then a well deserved rest this afternoon.

I am now going to try and sell my other vehicle.
The one that I don’t use anymore. I have phoned someone that stuck a flyer on my windscreen. But no answer.
Also my SIL and grandson have a friend that is a dealer, so maybe I will let him come and collect it.
Later lunch with my daughter at Morrisons, and dinner at hers.

Doing a clothes wash this morning. Then later I will get to the PO for cash withdrawal, and the library for books in/out.
Next week, while Holly is away Monday-Friday, I hope not to do any or much social media. I want to just crack on.

Late today as I had lots to do.
As usual there was two lots of laundry to do, also had to make a bread, and that will finish very soon.
I then walked down the road to see my grandson as he is doing more house clearing.
I felt a bit giddy this morning, so I did my blood pressure and it was a bit low. 109/63. Might need a bit more salt in my diet.
Ooops. Alarm gone off telling me that the bread is done.

Emjay, do you feel ok this morning? Already know Susie is full of cold. Met her in town briefly yesterday morning. I didn’t have much time to stop, but we chatted for a few minutes.
Tomorrow Holly goes for her five day boarding so I will get her case ready, make sure there is enough food (and treats). And put the cash inside, in an envelope.
After 12 noon, when our friend starts work in the shop, we will go along and say hi.
Not sure what’s for main meal. Don’t fancy the beef casserole so that might wait till tomorrow.

Already had to put a few screws in to some of the slats of the old fence panels. Done that ok.
Also collected some more of the fields ‘soil’ on my boots as I went for a walk around them.
It was quite pleasant a while ago but now can see some nasty looking weather approaching from the west.

It’s Monday again. So off to Sainsburys shortly, and that will be my outing for the day.

I have moved the car closer to home as it was way up the road. Then in about 10-15 minutes will load her case, then carry her out to it. We are both already very wet!! Will leave my coat here to dry and just take an umbrella, or dash to his house if close. It looks set to continue way past the time I will leave her there, so we will get wet again, whatever.
When I get home, I will move her bed from the front room wall, then start in middle bedroom. If I can get some boxes and bags ready to take to charity or the tip, then I can do that tomorrow after our cafe meet. Still going there, but not community one today, so I don’t break my stride. Cafe tomorrow is from 11 so without Holly here I could have another hour or so on the clear out after my breakfast. Then I don’t have to worry about walking or leaving her, giving me free time to dash about.

I’ve been in my middle bedroom for over 2 hours. So much to do, as far as today is concerned. In the morning I hope to get stuff in the car. I’ve put up some rugs for sale, but they will go to the tip if no interest. Also putting up my garden sun lounger later (when I can get the space to take a photo).

A quick visit then I will crack on. Got cafe meet at 11 and want to do more either side. Dropping off the rugs to someone lunchtime, but someone else has just messaged me with their interest. I am going to load the car in another hour or so, with bits for charity. I have stuff ready for the tip, but may try to gather up more and get someone round to take the lot. I have to book a slot if I go.
