Eldest niece will be with me about 11.30 (after a false start of forgetting the time table is booked for!). Then that’s it for me, organising lunches. Just the usual coffee sessions, reminding my ladies. It’s the Monday one I have to remind them of, because only 2 or 3 of us go, not the regular group. So if that handful drop out, I do too.

I got the new fence panels delivered at 0730 this morning. Good thing that I got up early. I was told that they would be delivered between 0800 and 1200.
I am now waiting for my grandson to get here, and he will put them in.
Yesterday was the Christmas party at ageUK. I won a cake by guessing the weight of another.
Also cleaning lady here later.

Catching the 10.23 (hopefully) bus into town so I can choose some library books and then get some bread and maybe some ham. Coming straight home when that’s done, as I don’t need other shopping.
Then if Susie is free to meet up tomorrow I have that time free myself.

It’s damp. Not really raining but just a damp feeling.
My grandson and one of his workmates came here at 0715 to put in the fence panels. 10 minute job done.
As usual for a Friday, lunch and a bit of shopping at Morrisons, and then dinner at my daughter’s later.

Having to forego library visit today! Lets just say I hope the 2 tablets I took quickly get to work, to get me home! Had to dash into pharmacy then get cheaper ones in b&m.

Apologies Susie, I have very bad D, and then V a few hours ago. Had no sleep.
Left my bed to come downstairs, making up a bed on the sofa, as Holly was pushed up against my pillow so much I couldn’t lie in bed. She has now joined me on the sofa. After I’ve taken her for a very quick walk I am going to try going back to bed.

I will not be seeing my daughter today as she is having the annual meet up and lunch with her friends.
I shall be going out a bit later to get a few things.

Glad it’s turning milder. I just could not warm up while I was ill, no matter how high I had the heating. At least I am feeling better today, but will be careful what I eat for the time being.

It ain’t to bad out when I went to sort out my bird feeders. There is a battle going on between myself and a squirrel. He is chewing up one of the plastic feeders. So now replaced it with a metal one.
I don’t have any plans for today, so will just let it happen.

I might cut up some of the old fencing so it can be easily transported to where ever it goes.

Just waiting for Holly to decide she wants to go out.
Don’t think I will do the trip to town today, if I’m going to the community cafe later*. Having to walk everywhere, or catch/wait for a bus, is becoming a pain. Sometime this week I need to walk round to my pharmacy for my repeat meds. I used to nip round in the car, and combine it with shopping.
*Whatsapped the ladies and waiting to hear if anyone else is going.
