Decided not to walk in this weather to the community cafe later, so staying home in the warm. Apart from dog walks, I have no other need to go out then.

Going to Sainsburys for my few bits later.
My son-in-law is organising new fence panels for me, that I hope he will get and fit.
Glad he can help you out. My poor sister lost a good few a couple of years ago, as her house was on a corner.

Morning all.
Afternoon tea for me and a few others at the cafe. We are all meeting at lunchtime for today.
I shall pick up my usual tv guide, along with the Christmas edition, and look forward to settling down after dog walk and her dinner, to see what we can look forward to.

It is still raining, when will it stop?
So all I shall do so far today is accompany my daughter when she goes to Sainsburys sometime this morning.
Plenty of books to read, or films to watch. But would rather be doing some physical activities.
I need to look for a new winter coat. The bottom press studs are disappearing, one by one, so apart from the zip, which isn’t ideal really because it’s so long for me to bend down to grasp the end and pull up, I can’t fasten the coat up now. Typical, in the coldest weather. It’s the only one I have with a hood, so hoping to find something tomorrow in the few shops in town.

Janet Bob Mache does have some nice thick coats and jackets in there, they range from £40/£45.
Am going to take a look tomorrow. Found out today even the zip is missing parts, so can’t do that up.

Yes Susie, been out with the dog. Going to walk into town, and pop in the card to the couple who sold me the house. Their flat is on the way. Then I can be at the shops early, rather than wait for the 10.23 bus and waste half the morning.

It still feels cold out here, as just been out into the garden.
My son-in-law has ordered the two new fence panels that should be delivered tomorrow.
Off to the AgeUK later for the Christmas festivities there today.
Left home about 8.50, dropped off the card on the way, returned all library books, posted cards to US, bought a new coat in Millets (they are closing down so it was £55, has zipped pockets inside and outside, hood, showerproof), bought veg, gifts for my nieces in M&S and Tesco, got milk, gift bags, then a few bits in Iceland, and I was in time to catch the 10.50 bus home.
Home early, and triumphant.

Hospital app cancelled for this afternoon, not got results back yet.
Were they expected so quickly?
They said to me two weeks. Well the Groin Biopsy has been 3 weeks now and the Bone Marrow two weeks.
