Good morning all.
So sorry for you Jan. my condolences go out to you. Thatā€™s the second death this week that I have had the misfortune to hear about.
Life must go on for the rest of us.
So blue sky with a chill in the breeze.
Off later on our usual Friday outings. Morrison for lunch and I suppose a bit of shopping, then dinner at my daughterā€™s later.

Her daughter will be there later today with her family. She has an autistic son and wanted him to keep to his half day school routine. She is a couple of hours away. I will then go to the house and speak to her. I have more calls to make first but will then see if I can call a few cat rescue places, ask if they can take them.

Just back from feeding the cats myself, and getting the black bin emptied.

I plan a trip to the East Midlands designer Outlet today.
I have Christmas & birthday vouchers that need spending.

Nothing else planned.

Maddie the cat passed away in 2020 and although Iā€™ve had a cat nearly all my life Iā€™m reluctant to get another for that reason Jazzi. I would hate to go and leave my cat with no homeā€¦You love emā€™ like your own, dogs tooā€¦I just thought about the poor cats, they will miss your sister so muchā€¦

Good morning all.
Cold and frosty on the field this morning.
I saw the fox with the limp, and the crows were having a go at it.
As usual for a Saturday itā€™s laundry day that is now being done.
I expect that my daughter and I will do our usual browse ā€˜up the mountā€™ and lunch at our usual place.

Morning.

Got the washing machine going, had my first cuppa and tablets. I can relax and lounge about in my PJs for hours if I wanted to. No dog to see to. Collecting her this evening about 5.

It was good seeing my friend in the morning (getting hugs) then to my sisterā€™s house with niece there. Even more hugs. And getting a sort of cuddle from her autistic son who leaned against my legs briefly. I was amazed.

Will do a bit of housework this morning. I have walls to clean where Holly rubs along them, and then go round with the hoover. I can never do that with her here.

Then would like to go out to some small stores for a bit of retail therapy and browse. The Range, big B&M, Homebase, maybe. Have lunch out. Just taking time out for myself.
