Well if the weather is bad I will stay home. Sis is popping round later so I can help renew her driving licence. No of course she can’t do it herself!

I have done 1/2 mile. I shall do another walk later.
As for a Saturday it is laundry day, so that is being done.
This afternoon myself and another friend from the Wednesday AgeUK, are going for tea and cake to her down the road. Lots of gossip I expect.

Well I can’t stay in as I feel that I must walk, which I shall do shortly. I have to go pick up a something from her down the road.
She has a very friendly cat. I am allergic to cats. At times I take a Loratadine anti allergy tablet, but I forgot yesterday. So I suffered a bit.
Not a lot else for today.

I set the alarm for 8, but got up just after 7.
I must get some milk in Iceland before catching my bus home.

I can also confirm that it is cold out. I have just come back from a muddy walk around the field. One of the more friendly foxes came over to see me and followed me for a while.
Off as usual for a Monday, to Sainsburys shortly to stock up on my needed supplies.

Tony & I are going to wrap up warm & go a walk round our local reservoir. If there are floods anywhere we’ll have to turn back.

I’ve just tripped on the electric blanket wire, which I didn’t unplug last night. It tightened and wouldn’t give, so I then fell headlong onto my knees. Argh!! Will be a few aches and pains later, but nothing broken.

It is still very cold here as I suspect it is everywhere in this island.
So I am not going to go on my walk this morning. As yesterday I came back frozen, and took ages to thaw out, Maybe later this afternoon.
I am going to the AgeUK meet this morning and picking up her from down the road.

I’m meeting my friend Chris in Belper. It’s a nice market town with a nice shopping complex in an old mill… We’ll just have a stroll round the town & lunch in the pub. I shall wrap up very warm because of my wheezy chest. I’m not feeling very energetic but making an effort.
Tony is out with Ady all day.

The walk was fine, 25 minutes to retail park. Got load of shopping, having tea n toast n will order cab in a few minutes.
Probably loosened my body, lol.

A bit achy, thanks Susie, but really no lasting damage. I will do housework today, I think, loosen up my body a bit more.
Was supposed to go to Thursday coffee club but I am running a bit late today, so hoovering and washing machine load more important, and I did see two of the ladies two days ago.
I can return the read library book tomorrow.
