Bright and windy, but did go back to my walk around the field.
So, cleaning lady is coming this morning, and when she goes I might go and wander around Sainsburys to pick up a few bits that I need.

Bins have been emptied, but the ground rubbish remains. Goodness knows if they intend clearing it up or even calling for another council collection. Still outside my house, of course!!!

Now up at last - The rain has stopped & Tony wants to go a walk round the park.
After that weāll settle down with my Christmas present box set (The Crown) & chocolate (of course)

It aināt too bad out here at the moment.
Just been around the field and I have stolen more of the soil from there on my boots.
I am thinking if I get enough, I could fill some pots and plant something.
My daughter and family are off to Antigua for a couple of weeks, and are at the airport now?
I shall check their flight during the day on an app I have.
I have my friend from down the road coming for tea, and help me devour some of the biscuits that I got over Christmas.
Washed the bed linen. How exciting.
Then put away one of the Christmas trees and decorations, and tidied up that part of the front room.
Had a cooked lunch, now watching the holiday recordings.

I might either catch a bus to Tesco, or walk along the old train tracks to the retail park. I first need to check Hollyās biscuit supply. Itās the mini markies she gets through quickly and Iām not sure if there is another box somewhere.
Forget Tesco. Poundland is better, price for price.
So first a bus into town, but missed the one that went minutes ago, so now have to wait an hour. Grrrr.

Yes I did Janet, I got there at 8.15am and got the 11.20am bus back home.

I thought about it but as we had met up only the other day decided to get what I wanted quickly then go home. I knew where I wanted to go and didnāt want to hang about.

Cooking a roast lunchtime but before that will pop into the card shop so our friend/neighbour can have cuddles with Holly. She hasnāt been in there since last Sunday so Iām sure Holly will enjoy seeing her again. Be nice for us to have a chat and catch up.

Just back from a very muddy walk round the field. There is not much to see at the moment, the Canada geese have gone.
