Back from a wet dog walk, so everything hanging up to dry, dehumidifier going. She can go in the garden for the lunchtime wee.
Waiting to hear if my friend wants a lift to bring her dog back from the vet and his overnight stay. She is fairly optimistic as last night they updated her that he was responding to treatment. If Rossi has been transferred from the hospital to the local branch then it’s only minutes away by car. Maybe he’s still there. Think it’s still early for her to get an update from them.
Collected the window stick on decs for Christmas, not opened the packs yet but will do when finished breakfast.

I managed my morning stroll, and now sorting out my diary for today. (Yea right).
Cleaning lady comes this morning. Seeing my daughter this afternoon before she goes to the IOW for a friends funeral.
So it is cat duty for me tomorrow morning and afternoon.

Yes it does feel very cold here today. So do I brave the allotment? Was thinking yesterday, the guy on the other half seems to wear a coat that might not stay ‘for best’, and doesn’t matter if it gets grubby. I could do with something like that.

Yes it is cold out. But when I went out for my morning stroll, there was blue sky but nasty looking dark clouds approaching from the west.
Off shortly to go sort out my daughter’s cat. Then again later this afternoon.
I have an invite to go for tea, cake, and a chat from the lady down the road this afternoon, that I take to the Wednesday AgeUK.
It’s lovely & sunny here. Daughter Karen is picking me up shortly & taking me to a group meeting of Colostomy uk. It’s a friendly (hope) gathering of people who have had the same operation as me. It would be nice to make a few friends there.
I’ll be back at lunch time & Tony of course wants to go a walk round the park.

Blue sky and sunshine, but frost on the grass.
I have got a sore throat and a cold. It started yesterday.
I did a covid test at the insistence of my daughter, all clear.
After a good night sleep I feel much better.
I can’t let a cold and sore throat stop me doing things that I must do in the garden.
I don’t think I told you that the pond is much cleaner, and can see the fish now.
